كانت اقامة رائعة وجميلة
Pros:

اعجبني تعامل الموظفين الراقي وسرعة تجاوبهم معك وكانوا ودودين واخص الاخت خلود كما اعجبني نظافة الشقة وسعتها

Cons:

لم يعجبني العزل حيث انك تسمع الاصوات بالخارج وكذلك كانت الشقة بدورة مياه واحدة فقط

Superfriendly with good food
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very flexible in arranging things and helping with things. Apartment was large and nice. Clean and good. Cleaning of the apartment included every day. The restaurant has very good food and you can order up food to the apartment at no extra cost. Super-nice girl working in reception that was friendly and happy to help with information and ordering things.

Superbe hôtel !
Pros:

Localisation, le personnel (très disponible et gentil). Parking à proximité ! Propre, ménage fait chauque jour, Cafe Restaurant sur place très bon !

Cons:

Manque un lave vaisselle étant en vacances c'est pas le truc qu'on a forcément envie de faire et il manquait quelques ustensiles de cuisine. Mais une partie a été rectifié par l'équipe sur place.

Pros:

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement, en plein centre de Tanger, ce qui est sans aucun doute son principal atout.

Je tiens également à souligner la qualité de l’accueil : le personnel de la réception ainsi que l’équipe du café-restaurant sont particulièrement agréables, professionnels et serviables. La restauration est correcte et le service est appréciable.

Cons:

En revanche, mon expérience globale a été fortement impactée par plusieurs points négatifs. L’isolation phonique de l’hôtel est insuffisante : on entend très clairement les bruits des chambres voisines et du dessus, notamment les déplacements de chaises, ainsi que les nuisances extérieures. Bien que l’emplacement soit idéal, le bruit constant de la circulation est particulièrement gênant.

Autre point décevant : la literie. J’ai trouvé les matelas extrêmement fermes, au point de nuire à la qualité de mon sommeil. Après plusieurs nuits passées à l’hôtel, je suis même repartie avec d’importantes douleurs au dos.

Au regard du tarif pratiqué, le rapport qualité-prix ne m’a pas semblé satisfaisant. C’est regrettable, car avec une meilleure isolation et une literie plus confortable, l’expérience pourrait être bien plus agréable.

Apartamentos buenos
Pros:

Cerca del centro, gente muy agradable, apartamento grande con buen salon y buena cocina.

Cons:

Le falta un poco de mantenimiento. Habia poca luz en la habitación y la manilla de la puerta estaba rota y se nos cerró la puerta y no podiamos salir, menos mal que eramos cuatro y desde fuera nos pudieron abrir.
