Perfect stay with great hosts in great location
Pros:

Great location & enjoyable stay. Owners are really nice family who make you very welcome, pool and apartments are really clean and quiet with lots of sun loungers and relaxed environment. Nice bar seating area for drinks in the day / evening. We will definitely be back next year

Το χοτελ παρείχε ωραίο μπαρ και είχε ωραίο εξωτερικό χώρο με την πισίνα και όμορφα οργανωμένο.Την τελευταία μας βραδιά ο υπεύθυνος έψηνε στο μπάρμπεκιου και μασ κέρασε και εμάς,κάτι που δεν το περιμέναμε.Τελοσ ωραίο καινούργιο υπνοδωμάτιο.

Cons:

Καταρχάς το δωμάτιο βρισκόταν δίπλα στην πισίνα και οι υπόλοιποι έκαναν φασαρία και μίλαγαν στα τηλέφωνα τις ώρες κοινής ησυχίας.Δεν υπήρχε κανένα σαπουνι στη κουζίνα και στο μπανιο.Η κουζίνα επίσης δεν κατείχε χαρτί ,σφουγγάρι και πετσέτα.Το τραπέζι είχε 3 καρέκλες ενώ είχαμε κλείσει για 4 άτομα.Επισησ βρήκαμε μυρμήγκια πάνω σε ένα κρεβάτι και ζουζούνια στα παράθυρα.Επιπλεον στο ντουσ υπηρχε μια θεση ρευματοσ.Τελοσ όλες οι πόρτες άνοιγαν με το ζόρι και έκαναν πολύ θόρυβο.

La piscine le calme

Cons:

Moins apprécié que le monsieur de l’établissement des le deuxième jours demandais à mon compagnon vous partez quand vous partez quand et cela tout les jours jusqu’a la fin du séjour et l’avant dernier jour il c’est permis de rentré dans l’appartement mais mon fils était la heureusement il avait rien n’a faire la et encore il demande vous partez quand pfff nous n’avons pas consommé un verre chez lui pas envie du tout car il est pas accueillant

The apartments were lovely and chilled, short walk to beach and restaurants. Costa and Nickos were very friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Everything. Nikos and Costas make this place. We laughed every day for 10 days. They made our family feel at home and went out of their way to make our stay easy and enjoyable. We had a lovely big apartment with a balcony. The pool is perfect with plenty of sun loungers. It is in a great location to walk to shops, restaurants and the beach and has a car park if you have hired a car. We will definitely return. 5*

The pool was clean and refreshing, and the lounge chairs were incredibly comfortable, perfect for relaxing under the sun. The room itself was also good, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep.

Cons:

There was no dish detergent or hand soap provided, and the kitchen was poorly equipped, lacking a frying pan and having only two spoons and two forks. Additionally, there were no bowls available. The place was also swarming with mosquitoes, and there were no measures taken to address this. The hosts seemed uninterested and did not provide much assistance. Unfortunately, these factors significantly impacted the overall experience.

Pros:

It was cheap, and the owners father was lovely.

Cons:

The bin had not been emptied in the bathroom since the last occupants, it had dirty tissue in it, and womens dirty sanitary products. It stank. No towels or linen were changed, and the bins were not emptied, I guess until we left. No toilet roll, not enough cutlery and a dead spider was in a coffee mug in the cupboard.

Beautiful stay in Crete Greece
Pros:

We stayed here for a week. We got there at about 6:00pm and was greeted by Nikos (the Dad) who collected our passports and asked us to come get them later once his son would have made the registration. The room was basic, but clean and cleaned on Wednesday, sheets and towels replaced. We had a nice view from the balcony and we’re somewhat pleased with the room. A short walk to the beach, restaurants and local shops. The pool area was lovely and the Pool Bar was ok. Nikos offered us an iron during our stay since we didn’t get our clothes ironed before the trip. That was cool.

Cons:

The air con was extra at 55 euros for the week (we declined) and had our door and window open most of the time to allow the fresh air in.
The Appartements are on the flight path for Heraklion, with a lot of planes passing over. However, we got used to it (the noice) and it was entertaining as my wife will stare at the planes as they fly pass over us :)
WiFi wasn’t strong enough to get to our room. The signal was so weak.
We were told it was general issue.
One other thing we didn’t like were the presence of mosquitoes 🦟
We came back with lots of mosquito bites.
