Sehr schöne helle Wohnung mit leichten, kleinen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.
Pros:

Trotz der Lage am Hietzinger Kai ist die Wohnung ziemlich ruhig, vor allem die Fenster und Terrasse in den hellen grünen Innenhof. Die Wohnung ist 2-geschoßig, lichtdurchflutet und sauber. Die Betten und Bettwäsche angenehm, genug Handtücher. U4-Bahnstation Braunschweiggasse ganz in der Nähe.

Cons:

Die Küchenausstattung ist leider etwas mangelhaft: kleine Messer, Käse-Reibe, Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Öl, Tee. Der vereinbarte Checkout ist um 11.00 Uhr. Trotzdem wird man um 9:30 herausgeläutet.

Pros:

The layout of the apartment was nice. The spatial bathroom has a wasching maschine and also a bathtub. The kitchen had all the necessities. My partner and I enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The apartmen could have some tea available or sugar and salt. Otherwise it was very nice.

Kurz gesagt....wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden und würden sie wieder buchen.
Pros:

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, besonders, dass eine kleine Terrasse mit einem grünen Innenhof vorhanden war. Die Betten waren prima und bequem. Das große Terrassenfenster war sehr dicht, dadurch konnte man wunderbar schlafen. In der Wohnung waren sogar ein Staubsauger und Wäscheständer vorhanden, was wir auch genutzt haben (feuchte Handtücher etc.).

Cons:

Leider fehlte eine Bratpfanne. Allerdings wurde diese auf unsere Bitte gleich einen Tag später in die Wohnung gestellt. Vielleicht wären ein paar Wassergläser mehr auch schön gewesen. Schade war, dass lediglich ein riesiges Badetuch (viel zu groß zum Benutzen) und ein kleines Handtuch pro Person vorhanden gewesen sind. Schöner wären 4 normale Handtücher pro Person. Wünschenswert wäre auch, dass die kleinen Stellen von Schimmel im Bereich der Badewanne beseitigt würden.

Beautiful, spacious, quiet apartment
Pros:

Beautiful, spacious, quiet apartment with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden. Steps away from the U4 and a quick walk to Schönbrunn along beautiful tree lined streets. Large bathroom with shower/tub and laundry, fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning. Comfortable bed. Easy, contactless entry. Responsive hosts.

Cons:

The only negative I could find is that while the thermostat read 18C is was definitely not 18. It was set to that temp and no cooler. It was ok for sleeping at night, but a bit hot for us in the daytime. Oh - and it would be great to have some basic instruction on using the cooktop. ChatGPT was my friend though - a few pictures and questions and I had it heating.

Lärmbelästigung:
- pfeifendes Geräusch aus dem Keller, das sich bis in das 1. OG übertragen hat, wurde erst nach 48 Stunden behoben
- zwei schlaflose Nächte aufgrund dieses Lärms
- Kundenservice zunächst nicht erreichbar und dann ungehalten bei Meldung des pfeifenden Lärms

Mülltrennung:
- keine durchgehende Mülltrennung möglich (nur für Papier und Restmüll) - obwohl man im Aushang dazu aufgefordert wird

Abnützung:
- das Appartement wirkt teilweise abgenützt bzw. hat sichtliche Gebrauchsspuren (Küche und Bad)
- die Fotos auf der Plattform zeigen ein neues Appartement, was wir auch erwartet hätten

The accommodation is in a great location, close to everything, yet very quiet with no outside noise. The place was clean

Very clean, good Location, was quiet couldn’t hear nice from outside.

Cons:

The only issue I would like to mention is that the stairs are quite dangerous. We stayed with a two-year-old child, and there was no safety gate or any child protection to prevent children from falling or accessing the stairs.
