Pros:

The apartment is quiet, has a nice garden terrace and lies in walking distance from Schonbrun palace.

Cons:

The ants in the kitchen and the impossibility to adjust room temperature.

Die Wohnung hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen.
Pros:

Obwohl an einer stark befahrenen Straße gelegen, war es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung zur Rückseite des Gebäudes gelegen war, wo kein Autoverkehr ist. Die Nähe zur U-Bahn Station ist sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Geschirr ist vorhanden, aber es hätte etwas mehr sein können, zum Beispiel gab es keine tiefen Teller.
Wir fanden die Raumtemperatur zu warm, sie ließ sich auch nichr regeln.

Pros:

Very clean, spacious and well maintained. The location was good too

Cons:

The TV was not even a smart TV. Would have loved to use Netflix. The AC was not functioning as the building rule says it will not function if the temperature outside is below a 21 or 22 degrees. We had to open the windows to cool the room and sleep. It was noisy from the traffic outside and it was difficult to sleep

Nice apartment
Pros:

Nice apartment, equipped with everything needed also for a long stay (washing machine, dishwasher, cooking stove, etc). It is located in a good position, close to Schönbrunn and to the U4 metro, with which it is easy to reach the city center and all the main attractions. The building is very quiet. The check-in procedure is easy and we received clear instructions the day before our stay.

Cons:

Maybe the only thing is that the sofa, which is given as second bed, is not super comfortable for sleeping. But that was rather a minor problem, overall everything was fine.

Super lokalizacja do metra U4 200 metrów bardzo czysto wygodne łóżko pościel mega fajna w apartamencie wszystko co potrzebne ręczniki zestaw kosmetyków expres do kawy toster lodówka pralka mikrofala zmywarka.Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem telefon czy e-mail szybkie pytanie błyskawiczna odpowiedź ogólnie super!!!!

Stay away of this place
Pros:

The checking was ok, and that is about it.

Cons:

First of scamming with the ad as there are NO PARKING, only on the public street or far away parking garage. This is false advertisement. I would have chosen another place if I knew this is the case.
Second the moment I've entered the room, the immediate musty smell was disappointing, but I didn't had time to complain, as I had to get going on my business... No amount of venting the room helped it.
The noise of the road which is literally under the window of the bedroom, was too loud and too noticable, so slept badly...
Wasn't happy about the cleanliness of the place either.
All in all too expensive, especially as there are no parking.
There are many better and cheaper place, I'd have stayed somewhere else if they wouldn't have fooled me with parking.

Liegt optimal kürzer Weg nach Schönbrunn und gute U Bahn Anbindung.
Parkgarage in der Nähe aber sehr teuer..
Gute Alternative zu den Hotels.....

In general everything good. Nice location (metro in 2 min), good apartment, comfortable bed, kitchen equipment.

I use to more “welcome” apartments with tea sugar and some small things that usually u no need to buy

Квартира дуже велика і простора ! Чисто ! Є пральна машина та сушка . Зручне розташування !

Cons:

Дуже довго відповідають на повідомлення і на імейл і тут на букінгу ! Намагались заселятись на годину раніше , ніхто не відповідав 3 дні на наше прохання ! Тобто звʼязка немає зовсім в персоналом ! А ще забули парфуми , навіть вказали місце де забули , але нам кажуть , що їх там немає
