Overall great despite a few technical issues
Pros:

A pleasant, modern accommodation, cleverly designed with a very comfortable bed and very up to date facilities. The location is just a short walk from the subway station so it is easy to get into town. Knowing how climate change is impacting Europe, we were looking for a place with air conditioning to make our stay more comfortable during the heatwave. The aircon in our room, when working, was very effective and kept the sleeping area comfortably cool during the night which meant we slept very well. The apartment is located on a busy road but all the balconies face the garden at the back of the property so, once you are inside, the noise does not impact the quality of your stay. Overall, this property is a great deal at the price.

Cons:

We had one or two technical issues with the washing machine (fixed quickly) and aircon which didn't work for two nights. Our experiences with support staff when trying to resolve these issues were mixed. We had friendly and helpful support from some staff members but when we called the office because of the issue with the aircon, we were, to be frank, rudely dismissed by a male member of staff who appeared not to believe us when we told him the air conditioning did not work, told us that Austrian air-conditioning is not like American air-conditioning, and hung up. Later we got a much more helpful lady on the phone who organized for technicians to fix it the same day. So mixed results on the customer service but if they weed out the old style Viennese customer service and keep the friendly and helpful members of staff, things have great potential to improve.

bilo je pristojno uz nedostatke koji su lako ispravljivi, osoblje je ih brzo i uspešno regulisalo
Pros:

lokacija, hteli smo da budemo blizu zelenila, dvorac Šenbrun, apartman poseduje prijatnu terasu sa dvorišne strane, kreveti su bili vrlo udobni...

Cons:

klima se automatski isključuje čim se otvore prozori ili vrata terase, u osnovnom paketu za dobrodošlicu i ako su dva gosta u pitanju bio je jedan set za tuširanje i samo dve kapsule kafe bez šećera i mleka (malo pakovanje), bez kesica čaja, bez soli i bibera, patrona za pravljenje leda u frizu, nedovoljan broj čaša, nije bilo dodatnih kesa za djubre...

Tolles Apartment und tolle Lage.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut angebunden. Trotz der Lage am Hietzinger Kai ist kaum etwas vom Verkehr zu hören. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll und stimmig gestaltet und funktional eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Küchenutensilien bis hin zum Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei und ist geräuschlos.

Cons:

Leider bewohnten zeitgleich mit uns starke Raucher die Unterkunft, was die Nutzung des Balkons sehr beeinträchtigt hat. Die Aufbettung musste nochmals angefragt werden, was aber dann gut geklappt hat.

Everythink just as expected, i'm very content of stay
Pros:

Apartment is air conditioned, what is huge advantage during hot summer. Localization is great- just by a U4 metro station. Apartment was equipped with everything i needed including washing machine, iron and dishwasher.

Cons:

It's a bit noisy from the side of the street- but thanks to AC, there is no need for opening windows on that side.

Pros:

Bardzo blisko lini metra u4. Miła obsługa. Apartament dobrze wyposażony. Klimatyzacja duży plus, działa bardzo dobrze nawet przy dużych upałach. Doskonały na krótki i długi pobyt. Brak parkingu nie jest przeszkodą, w odległości 2 stacji metra jest P&R.

Sehr schöne Penthouse-Stadtwohnung mit Platz und guter Ausstattung
Pros:

Die für jeden Raum einzeln regelbare Klimaanlage, die sehr guten Betten, 2 Bäder, Nähe zur U-Bahnstation, die schöne Dachterrasse der Penthousewohnung.

Cons:

Parken nur am Wochenende in der Nähe der Wohnung (Seitenstraße) kostenfrei möglich. Ansonsten in einem teuren und recht engen Parkhaus ca. 300 Meter entfernt oder für nur 4,60 Euro am Tag im fast 2,5 Kilometer entfernten Parkhaus an der U-Bahnstation Hütteldorf. Von dort 4 U-Bahnstationen bis Braunschweiggasse zu fahren oder fast 30 Minuten zu laufen.

recht geräumig aber Service und Umgang ist eine absolute Frechheit!

Cons:

Achtung bei diesem Appartment bzw Anbieter!!

Diese melden sich Wochen später mit Unterstellungen das Dinge verdreckt wurden und wollen dies dann in Rechnung stellen - absolute Abzocke!!!
