Ótimo custo benefício
Pros:

A localização é excelente e tranquila, ter recepção 24 horas é uma comodidade muito boa e traz bastante segurança, o quarto é super espaçoso e confortável!

Muy inflexible y costoso para la zona
Pros:

Es bonito, estaba equipado para preparar alimentos. La señora de la recepción es muy amable.

Cons:

La inflexibilidad para cancelar algunas noches reservadas. Por motivos personales tuve que salir 5 noches antes y aunque esperaba asumir algunos gastos bancarios o penalización de una noche, no me hicieron ninguna devolución en lo absoluto, el hotel se quedó con el pago de 5 noches y la habitación desocupada, algo que no me había pasado antes con ninguna reserva en booking, me ofrecieron tomar las noches después pero no tengo un viaje planeado para volver. La zona no me parece segura en la noche, habían habitantes de calle insultando al salir del hotel y es muy solitario después de las 7pm.
Deben mejorar en el aseo, al tercer dia me entregaron una toalla sucia, las cortinas del baño estaban sucias y las paredes tenían al parecer cera o algo amarillo cerca a la cama.
Estuve en la zona común y el internet no funcionaba correctamente, sólo en la habitación si funciona el wifi.

Everything!! The property was in a great location in a nice neighbourhood. Hot or cold showers, good WiFi and 24/7 reception desk, the balcony had a good view and the apartment had evenrything you needed. We decided to stay for an extra night and there were no issues adding to the booking.
