Pros:

Seeehr tolle Unterkunft. Herzlicher Empfang mit Nikoläusen für die Kinder. Kekse, Mandarinen und Äpfeln waren ebenfalls im Appartment. Sehr freundlichen Empfang über einen persönlichen Brief, da wir einen verspäteten Check-in hatten. Sauber, süße Ortschaft, toller Pool und Saunabereich, Spielzimmer war auch nett. Alles in allem ein super Wochenende für Jung und Alt.

Kommen sicherlich wieder hierher!
Pros:

Besonders toller Service! Alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gutes Frühstück! Super, dass im Hotel ein Spielezimmer und Pool war! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Cons:

Das Wetter war leider nicht gut. Dafür die Unterkunft umso mehr!

Pros:

The rooms were comfortable, the beds excellent. The family room was spacious and easily accommodated me, my husband, and our three kids. There were thoughtful touches, like coffee, tea, and apples. The whole space was meticulously clean - the bathrooms were sparkling. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was so kind - we showed up for breakfast quite late and they kindly made more fruit salad just for us.

Pros:

Sparkling clean room, firm and comfortable mattress, plenty of room for me, my husband, and our 3 kids in the family room, beautiful location, delicious breakfast. We only stayed about 12 hours as we were passing through from Italy to Germany but there's plenty to do around the hotel and we want to come back for a ski or hiking vacation

A royal suite in the heart of the most beautiful region in Austria
Pros:

A magical place, extremely quiet and very clean and beautiful.
Huge and free parking, excellent and varied breakfast.
The place is close to all the attractions, you get a Super Stubai card for free.
It is very helpful for riding cable cars and public transport.
We (my wife and I) highly recommend this lovely place.
And above all, the hotel staff is friendly, welcoming and very willing to help at any time

Cons:

There is almost nothing we didn't like about this lovely place.
The bed was too soft for my taste, but this is my very personal opinion.
The place is magical, clean and very tourist friendly
Therefore, there is nothing negative to write about it

Well located and maintained family-friendly property
Pros:

We liked the pool, it is larger than expected, with some massage function, but is mainly for kids. We love that there were four different types of saunas. The property is well maintained, the owners are friendly, welcoming and have an answer to every request. Breakfast was diverse and coffee is really-really good, I appreciated this a lot. WiFi was good, and there was even a food delivery option from the village nearby.

Cons:

Nothing, really. The property is well maintained, clean and is a great value for money. Also, located very conveniently, close to the lifts.
