Pros:

Our host was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. Communication was smooth and everything was well organized from arrival to departure. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail. It made our trip even more enjoyable.

Pure Entspannung in sehr herzlicher, familienfreundlicher Atmosphäre und wunderschöner Bergkulisse
Pros:

Super Service und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Die gesamte Anlage ist liebevoll und ansprechend gestaltet. Sehr schöner Wellness Bereich.
Auch das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker!
Wir wurden auch mit Kind sehr herzlich empfangen und bewirtet.

Perfekt!
Pros:

Man merkt wirklich mit wie viel Mühe und Liebe zum Detail das Hotel geführt wird. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt!! Die Zimmer waren sauber, modern und sehr gepflegt. Der Spa-Bereich war groß und super für einen entspannten Nachmittag nach dem Ski fahren.
Wir waren sehr begeistert und kommen sicher wieder :)

Pros:

Sehr schöne und moderne Appartements, toller Wellnessbereich unterirdisch erreichbar, Lage sehr Zentral in Holzgau, Skibushaltestelle 50 m entfernt. War ein super Aufenthalt, weiterzuempfehlen.

Cons:

Leider kein Backofen in den Appartements, Geschirr und Besteck dürftig vorhanden, ist verbesserungswürdig, ebenso eine Schere wäre auch nicht schlecht. Aber sonst alles super.

Ein absolut empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt! Das gesamte Personal der Anlage war außergewöhnlich freundlich und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft selbst ist extrem gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung von mir!

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet, die Küche ist klein (2 Platten) aber völlig ausreichend, das Bett groß und bequem. Sehr angenehm fanden wir, das man im Bademantel über einen unterirdischen Gang ins Hotel und zur Sauna gehen kann. Außerdem sehr praktisch, dass man ganz nach Belieben Frühstück und/ oder Abendessen zu buchen kann, auch tageweise. Der Brötchenservice funktioniert prima. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können es nur empfehlen.

Pros:

We loved the room, it was super clean and cosy. The beds were comfortable and had a beautiful view to the mountains. The breakfast was nice, the lady was very kind and paid attention to our dietary needs.

Cons:

You shall calculate some extra minutes to reach facilities of the complex as it is quite big.
