Great family vacation at Pitztal area
Pros:

Great stay overall, in a perfect location. Views from a terrace are stunning. Even though there was a renovation in a neighbor hotel it was calm inside the room. The room had all facilities we needed to spend our holiday, like coffee machine, kettle, microwave, hair dryer etc. Hosts provide morning buns, and there is a supermarket nearby to get some filling to make sandwiches. There is also a bus stop just near the hotel.

Cons:

Just a few small details, like a bit dusty floor when we arrive and some of pillows were slightly overworn.

Bread in the morning was great. Also the big living room was super since we were there with three families. A sauna is the only thing that is missing 🙂

Big and clean apartment with friendly service.
Pros:

Good location, supportive and friendly staff (via mail only), very clean and big apartment.
Daily free rolls from the bakery delivered.

Cons:

Kitchen is very essential (no Salt, Pepper, Oil, sharp knives) and not very cozy, but this is only my taste.

An OK place for Hochzeiger skiing, but initial info doesn't fully match the reality.
Pros:

Fresh buns every morning.
Parking place has enough space.
A small shop is nearby.
Nice view from the room and a large balcony.

Cons:

The info promises linen and a kettle, but then the kettle is not available and linen is paid extra.
Dishwasher is there, but dishwasher tablets are not.
Pitztaler Gletsher was closed all three days except for a single lift.
Not too many dining opportunities around. And make sure that you book them in advance.
I wish a received check-in instruction earlier than on the starting day, because the check-in is 8 minutes driving from there.

Everything was fine and we were extremely satisfied.

Cons:

it was difficult to get an entry card. I had to pick up the card at the Panorama Hotel. Hotel pick-up was not informed in advance.

We were upgraded to the Panorama hotel - The best stay I have every had in a hotel!
Pros:

We were so fortunate to be upgraded to the Panorama hotel, and it was possibly the best hotel stay we have every experienced! The view was spectacular, the rooms were SO comfortable and they had everything to accommodate a family of 4. I loved the kitchen and the layout. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed every second at this property! The host was so friendly and nice... It was my kids' favorite hotel we stayed in over our month long trip!
