Çok temizdi, çalışanlar ilgiliydiler, konum harika ve wifi de güzel.
Apartamenty znajdują się 7 minut spacerem od Galerii Krakowskiej i około 10 minut od centrum miasta (Sukiennic), co jest bardzo wygodne! Lokal jest niewielki, ale wyposażony we wszystko, co niezbędne (pralka, czajnik, iekspres do kawy, kuchenka mikrofalowa ). W pobliżu znajduje się wiele kawiarni. Nasze mieszkanie wychodziło na dziedziniec, więc było tam bardzo cicho i spokojnie. Na miejscu znajduje się recepcja, w której odbywa się zameldowanie, a pracujący tam pan jest bardzo sympatyczny.
Dostaliśmy poplamiony ręcznik.

The toilet and shower were not in the room; they were shared with the adjacent room. The elevator wasn't working at night, so I had to haul my suitcases. There was no balcony.
It was a great location, close to the train station and the city center. The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Great stay!

I booked this location for my Ukrainian girlfriend and her children. I chose this location because it was near the train station. The booking had two beds and a sofa which is what I needed for the three of them. I can't really rate the location in details because I wasn't there.
The room they originally were given wasn't the same as the one in the picture and they had to request a different room. In the end they were satisfied.
