Because of this, there is no on-site luggage storage for early arrivals, requiring the use of a nearby facility (costing 59 PLN). Similarly, luggage left in the room after checkout cannot be retrieved until staff returns at 15:00. The apartment is located directly beneath a bar, resulting in audible late-night music. Inside the unit, the Wi-Fi connection is weak, and bathroom amenities like shampoo and conditioner are not provided. Additionally, the showerhead is mounted below 1.8 meters, requiring taller guests to crouch

Dear Booking.com Support,

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my stay at Flamingo Smart Sleep.

Immediately after checking into the room, I discovered that it was not in a condition suitable for guests. The bed linen was dirty, and the overall condition of the room did not meet even basic hygiene standards. I took photographs immediately upon entering the room, before using any of the facilities, and these photos clearly document the condition in which the room was handed over to me.

As a result, I had no choice but to leave the property within approximately 10 minutes of check-in.

I strongly disagree with the property’s response. As a guest, I am not obliged to wait for the room to be inspected, cleaned, or brought into an acceptable condition after I have checked in. A hotel room must be properly cleaned, prepared, and ready for occupancy before it is assigned to a guest. It is the property’s responsibility to ensure this, not the guest’s responsibility to identify cleanliness issues after arrival.

Instead of acknowledging the problem, the property claims that it was unable to verify my complaint because I left. This does not change the fact that the room was provided to me in an unacceptable condition. Their response does not invalidate the photographic evidence taken immediately after check-in.

In my opinion, the condition of the room and the dirty bed linen raise serious hygiene concerns and do not correspond to the standards that guests reasonably expect from accommodation advertised on Booking.com.

I kindly ask Booking.com to investigate whether this property complies with the platform’s quality standards and whether the listing accurately reflects the actual accommodation provided to guests.

I am attaching photographs taken immediately after check-in as evidence. I also intend to file an official complaint with the Polish State Sanitary Inspection (Państwowa Inspekcja Sanitarna) and will provide the same photographic evidence for their review

Bardzo brudno :( ochlapane drzwi i ściany, wszędzie kurz, pajęczyny, toaleta na około strasznie brudna, dywanik pod prysznicem taki, że brzydziliśmy się na nim stanąć. Mieszkanie słabo wyposażone (wyłącznie malutki czajnik i lodówka); Średnio mi się też podobał dość skomplikowany sposób dostania się do pokoju. Kody do bramy, klatki itp.

Bliskość klubów, Pani z obsługi nie spełniła zadania podwójnego łóżka.

Czystość pokoju, i wygląd obiektu a także sama wygoda były po prostu złe

Vaikka itse majoituspaikka oli rauhallinen niin ulkoa tuleva melu oli häiritsevää. Saavuimme perjantai iltana ja ulkona oli paljon nuoria juhlimassa kadulla. Huoneemme oli kadun puolella ja kadulla oli jatkuva virta kovaäänisiä ihmisiä. Myöskään ystävä pariskunta ei säästynyt melulta vaikka heidän huoneistonsa oli sisäpihalla.
Ulkoa kantautui kova musiikin jumputus sekä huutavia/nauravia/kovaan ääneen puhuvia ihmisiä. Melu haitta oli joka öistä, mutta rauhoittui maanantain vastaisena yönä jonkin verran.
Majoituspaikan alakerrassa on ravintola/baari josta kantautui kovaa musiikin ääntä.
Majoituspaikka on tietoinen meluhaitasta, koska huoneistossa on tarjolla korvatulpat kahdelle hengelle.
Naapurihuoneistosta äänet kuuluivat myös helposti läpi, onneksemme sattui rauhalliset seinänaapurit.
Vessasta kuului myös käsienpesu altaan putkistosta kovaa ääntä vaikkemme vessaa itse käyttäneet. Ääni kuului myös yöaikaan, epäilemme, että jossain muussa huoneistossa käytettiin wc/pesutiloja mikä aiheutti muissakin huoneistoissa ääniä.
Huoneistossamme oli pieni kannellinen roskapönttö vessassa, ei muita roskankeräysastioita. Astia täyttyi kahdelta aikuiselta jo parissa päivässä. Jouduimme pyytämään siivoojalta uutta pussia.
Sänky oli jokseenkin epämukava, minun puoleltani parisängystä puuttui sijauspatja kokonaan.
Majoituimme 5 päiväksi, siivous ei sisältynyt huoneeseen tuona aikana. Pidempää majoitusta ajatellen olisi hyvä, että siivooja kävisi edes kerran keräämässä roskat.
