Pros:

Everything was so nice and clean. Great location and locker was so convenient too.

Cons:

No mirror in the room, only in the bathroom, but dark. There could be also a shelf on the shower for cosmetics.

Top quality accommodation near Krakow Old Town
Pros:

Very clean, spacious, comfortable, high quality accommodation. Very well presented. Excellent location. Optional breakfast at nearby hotel was excellent.

No oven gloves for using oven. No washing up sponge.

Τέλεια τοποθεσία, άψογη καθαριότητα, όλες οι παροχές που είναι απαραίτητες, ησυχία.

ΤΕΡΑΣΤΙΟ ΑΡΝΗΤΙΚΟ: δεν υπάρχει ανελκυστήρας μέχρι τον 3ο όροφο και οι σκάλες είναι επικίνδυνες και τσιμεντένιες στους 2 πρώτους ορόφους. Άκρως σοβαρό θέμα για άτομα με κινητικά προβλήματα. Ακόμα δεν μπορώ να βρω που ακριβώς είναι γραμμένο αυτό στην περιγραφή του καταλύματος. Μεγάλη παράλειψη και είναι κρίμα να μην καταγράφεται ευκρινώς γιατί είναι κοροϊδία για τον πελάτη αυτή η σημαντική πληροφορία.

This was the best accommodation I’ve stayed in during my Europe trip so far. Everything was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and soft, and having a private bathroom and air-conditioning made the stay even more enjoyable.

Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome kit, which included some Kraków chocolates (delicious, by the way! 🍫). The accommodation had everything as described, including a kettle, coffee, and tea.

Communication was excellent throughout my stay. Anna and Lucas were responsive, friendly, and kindly allowed me to check in earlier, which I really appreciated.

The location was fantastic—within walking distance of Kraków Old Town, the train station, and public transportation. There are also supermarkets and 24-hour convenience stores nearby, making everything very convenient.

Although breakfast wasn’t included in my booking, they helped me arrange a buffet breakfast at the nearby 1891 Garni Hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and great quality.

One of the things I loved most about Kraków was how walkable the city is, especially the beautiful paths along the Vistula River. I was also lucky to visit during the Kraków Summer Food Festival, which made the trip even more memorable. ☀️🍴

It’s closer to Jewish district of the town with lots of nice cafe and restaurants around.
