Villa Dima close to the bus stop that has frequent buses to Fira, Pyrgos and Oia in Santorini.
The staff members are so warm, kind and caring. Mr Dimitri the owner is great, he arranged for us the transfer service from the airport on our late arrival. We had a lovely time in Villa Dima. Perfect sized rooms for all sort of families. The amenities are all what you need for a vacation in Santorini.

Location and good vybez in the Perissa beach restaurants !
Could do with less noisy guests some nights!

It was a very charming, small hotel with beautiful Mountain View. The owner was very friendly and he did his best to help us. It was a budget friendly place, and though on the other side of the island (not where all the famous cities are), we found the location actually quite convenient since it was central to other attractions and far from the crowd!

The room was equipped with everything and located in a strategic position to get around easily, It has parking near.
Dimitri treated us in the best way, it was like being at home, never had such treatment! We will definitely be back for the next stay...

This hotel located in a prime location on Perissa Beach, allowing you to admire Santorini's most beautiful sunrise from your room! The staff is very attentive. The breakfasts are delicious and plentiful. The cleaning is impeccable.

We absolutely loved our 4 night stay in Villa Dima! The Villa is very comfortable and has amazing views of the blue dome church and sea. The rooms are very comfortable , great walking access to the beach.

The apartment was lovely with a balcony and views of the mountain, sea and the town. Cleaned daily and had everything you could need.
Dimitri who own the property were great and couldn't so enough for us, all the staff were friendly and helpful.
The location is great, close to the beach, bars, restaurants and a couple of mini markets.
We ate in the Perivolos restaurant a couple of times, both lovely meals and I'd have to say that it was my favourite moussaka of the holiday and I tried a few!!!
Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed a week in at Villa Dima in Santorini. The hotel itself is gorgeous with comfy rooms. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. The beach is just 3 min away. The hotel staff were all amazing, cheerful, happy and always willing to help whether that is recommending places to eat, booking restaurants for you or arranging taxi’s.

Perissa itself is a lovely area to stay as has plenty of restaurants and bars but takes you away from the hustle and crowds in Fira and Oia although both of these areas are a must see.

This is a beautiful island to visit and I would highly recommend Villa Dima.

We stayed in a very spacious triple room, with a small kitchen, which all utensils needed.
Terrace with a table and cozy armchairs.
Very pleasant environment, full of plants and flowers. Very good views from the room.
Very good customer service, they pick you up from the airport and the owner is very attentive.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Hotel Villa Dima! The hotel is just a 3mins walk down to the beach and with all the shops and restaurants, and yet the rooms feel so peacefully quiet with a gorgeous view. I was pleasantly surprised with how well-organised, guest friendly, professional and exceptional their service was from booking to check out. The owner is great and the staff were so helpful and communicative via WhatsApp too. Their guest survey-form before check-in makes the experience personalised and thoughtful.
We were very grateful that upon check in and check out, the staff helped us with all our luggage which was so helpful because of all the steps. The reception staff gave us really nice travel tips and suggestions too. It's so nice to see how welcoming and friendly the staff is, and always smiling and positive. The view from our room was breathtaking and the bedroom was very comfortable.
The breakfast in the in-room breakfast is exceptional!!! Thank you so much to the entire team for making our anniversary so special with the complimentary wine and fruits!
We will surely visit again and next time stay longer. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful experience at your property even in such short amount of time.

This is our favorite place in Santorini. We stayed there 2 years ago, and we are coming back this year to meet up with all our friends . It feels like home, plus be sure that you will meet beautiful people at the property. Highly recommended if you prefer authentic places. 👌

We were for short time in off season and very happy to stay at Villa Dima. Dimitri arranged for us a transfer service from the airport to villa and send us the self check-in instruction few days before arrival with all the information. When the driver drop off us at the hotel we just went direct tot the room and the room was ready for us and warm inside. At the checkout we left the key in the place where Dimitri told us . Thank you for everything.

We had a great few days in Santorini at Villa Dima. The location could not have been any better with everything within walking distance, and only a 2 minutes walk from the bus station. It is very quiet despite being so close to the restaurants and bars. The villa is just like the pictures, and the terrace is bigger than we expected. It was very windy while we were in Santorini so we didn't get to use it much. The bathroom is new and clean and they provide daily room cleaning. The amenities in the room were as listed, except we have to ask at the reception for ironing board tand the iron!
