War nett aber Preis- Leistung stimmt nicht.

Lage war super. Bäckerei und Lebensmittelladen gleich daneben. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

In den 6 Tagen kam nie jemand um das Zimmer zu reinigen oder den Müll zu leeren. Da wir gekocht haben, hat der Müll zu stinken begonnen und das war nicht sehr angenehm. Mein Auto konnte ich am letzten Tag aus Platzgründen dort nicht stehen lassen, jedoch den Parkplatz musste ich trotzdem bezahlen, wie auch dan beim Eingang von Serfaus wo ich es parkieren konnte.

Staff non presente , ragazza della reception maleducata, non parlano lingue tranne tedesco , parcheggio a pagamento con sempre macchine nel mezzo ad ostruire il passaggio , appartamento in una soffitta con tetto basso , al momento della restituzione chiavi richieste spese non concordate al momento della prenotazione, grande maleducazione

Mooi hotel, verdient meer sterren
Pros:

Groot appartement en mooie sauna

Cons:

Pro actief handelen (toiletrollen te weinig en als je het kwam vragen kreeg je maar 2 extra voor 6 personen), geen diner optie in hotel, onverwachte parkeer kosten zonder het van tevoren te melden

Tolles Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Wir haben uns im Hotel Universo sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war immer total nett, die Zimmer sauber und die Suite war auch gut eingerichtet.
Der Wellness Bereich war Klasse und selbst der Pool war größer als gedacht. Unsere Kinder, 5 und 8 Jahre, waren begeistert.

Die Lage ist perfekt, drei Häuser weiter ist die Zentrale U Bahn Station und selbst zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten bei den Gondeln.
Nebenan war ein gut bestückter Supermarkt, gegenüber war eine frische Bäckerei und das Frühstück im Hotel war sehr vielfältig.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und würden es voll weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Im Wellness Bereich wäre ein Uhr an der Wand ganz praktisch. Sonst gibt es nichts negatives.

Heel veel extra kosten waar geen communicatie of informatie over is gegeven ( parking, opkuis app, zomerkaarten.
