As a small boutique proper, the owner himself met us with his staff to hand over the keys and tell us more about the destination ... only one comment we had is that Junior Suite is promoted as Seaview when its not but more of partial sea view ... but the location, suite, mowing breakfast served on your terrace and service overcame that initial disappointment of view
location is excellent s its in the old town and away from the busy side of the destination ... the sweets are comfy and the owners and staff are amazing

La struttura e’ deliziosa. Molto confortevole e in una posizione ideale. Dimitri e’ un host esemplare. Ci ha coccolato per tutto il nostro soggiorno, dandoci suggerimenti ottimi e occupandosi di tutto, dal traporto all’affitto del motorino. Sempre attento a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Molto attento ai clienti. Non potevamo chiedere di più. Colazione perfetta servita in camera nel piccolo dehors.
La stanza è’ un po’ piccola ma ha tutto il necessario.

Location is good. The staff were very pleasant and tried to deal with issues. The breakfast was decent.
Very small and uncomfortable bed/pilows. I very much doubt the room was 37sqm as advertised. The apartment led to a very small outside seating area with a very small pool. At the same area they had the outdoor units of the Aircon (thus creating more heat in the inner court yard). I had booked for two nights but only stayed one as a result.
The hospitality at Port Vecchio Suites was just excellent. We were met at the dock by the owner Dimitris and he gave us great directions around the island during our stay. The hotel has a pool which I think is pretty unique compared to other places. Lastly Port Vecchio is located at the old harbor which is an easy 20 minute walk from the downtown area but has 2 restaurants and 4 bars there as well if you want to just hang there the whole time. There no shopping there but the location is great because it’s half way between the downtown and one of the good local beaches.

The breakfast was good
Personally we did not think it was ‘luxury’. The decor is quite dated. The kitchenette/bathroom door/cupboard door/wardrobe frame were all different couloirs of wood. It could do with being all brought together by giving it a lick of paint in a contemporary colour
What an absolute treat to stay at this lovely hotel! Everything was so wonderful from the location, the room, the breakfast and the exceptional owners and staff. I wished our stay was longer and it was so hard to leave. Spetses is a beautiful island full of flowers and very good restaurants, bars and shops. A boat trip around the island is a MUST as some of the inaccessible beaches are so beautiful. This feels like an unspoiled and authentically Greek island with so much charm.

The property was located at the old port, with the most breathtaking views. It was a boutique resort with a luxury feel
