Très agréable séjour dans une magnifique demeure
Pros:

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ici, la maison est très belle, bien située, notre chambre disposait d'une petite terrasse avec vue mer, il y a une piscine, et le petit déjeuner est à la fois copieux et très bon, différentes spécialités grecques sont proposées chaque matin en plus d'un petit déjeuner continental. Le personnel est très gentil et accomodant.

Cons:

Rien, notre expérience a été parfaite.

Séjour dans un décors un peu old school mais le petit dej vaut le détour !
Pros:

L’emplacement est sympa avec piscine. Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque, hyper généreux et très bon. La bâtisse est très jolie.

Cons:

Les chambres et équipement sont vieillots. Énormément de moustiques donc impossible de laisser fenêtres ouvertes car pas de moustiquaires.

Perfekte Unterkunft auf der Insel
Pros:

Wir waren zum 2. mal da für 6 Nächte. Ein kleines Paradies auf Spetses. Wir lieben das alte Herrschaftshaus, den Blick vom Zimmer aufs Meer und das so leckere Frühstück draussen am Pool.

Cons:

Der Mann an der Reception ist schon sehr seltsam. Kein Willkommen, wie gehts, wie war der Tag nur ein seltsames Hallo. Schade, für die Perfekte Unterkunft. Das restliche Personal ist sehr freundlich.

A brilliant host and old charm rare to find
Pros:

Most of all the staff Manolis who is very caring and polite .. bringing you everything you need ! The property is a classic old mansion with a lot of character which I’m glad the owners did not spoil and it has a beautiful swimming pool with a very rich breakfast served there. It feels very private with 7 rooms so you feel you are in your own mansion . We benefited from the inside living room very cosy when the weather was cold and wanted to stay inside but not in a room . The rooms are beautiful and the wine selection is also very good . It was also a special complementary service to have our luggage brought to the port when we left in the afternoon and wanted to take advantage of the day without the luggage .

Cons:

Absolutely nothing except the room could provide for herbal tea for the evenings .

Courtyard garden spoilt by putting in pool - pointless because too small to swim in, and in any case the sea was just across the road.

Nous y avons trouvé beaucoup de charmes en arrivant, mais nous sommes repartis avec le sentiment d’un endroit vétuste qu

L’emplacement est impeccable. Le bâtiment historique est de belle facture.
Le petit déjeuner est un rendez-vous à ne pas manquer. Le personnel est courtois et discret.

Cons:

Un vrai manque de confort. Le mobilier, la tuyauterie, les fenêtres, le matelas, la cuisine … tout est vétuste et d’un autre temps.
Il faut faire un grand coup de propre et de neuf pour que le prix corresponde à la prestation.

Think rustic, not luxury.
Pros:

Breakfast served each morning was good. A nice sitting area to read. Pool would be excellent in summer.

Cons:

Room fairly basic and needs an update. Shower, bathroom and hairdryer were circa 1972. Most of the action in town was a 10 minute walk away which can be good and bad. No information provided on advice on restaurants, activities etc. Outdoor heaters around pool would be good.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable accommodations
Pros:

The gentleman went above and beyond in making sure I had a filling breakfast, and he even found vegan items such as yogurt, cheese, and soymilk. I enjoyed my oatmeal, fresh fruit, soft bread, and marmalade. The room was quiet and spacious, next to a beautiful courtyard. Recommended for a retreat :) A short walk to town.

Best location on a beautiful island for a great price!
Pros:

Phenomenal location in an old school island house. Staff was great, always available to help, room was comfortable if not a bit dated (but that's kind of the charm). The shower was amazing! Hot water, great pressure, and with the bathroom window open I could take a shower while looking out over the boats on the water! Definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Furnishings in the room could be updated and there are not a lot of electrical outlets (but that's kind of the charm, right?). Wifi was god awful, but I'm not staying here for the high speed internet, so not really concerned. I could always get a cell signal.

Μείναμε άυπνοι από την τραγική ατμόσφαιρα της υγρασίας, βγήκαμε άρρωστοι από την αηδία το πρωι.
Pros:

Το πρωινό ήταν ικανοποιητικό , ο κύριος Μανώλης πολύ ευγενικός .
Η θέση του σε καλό σημείο.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο είχε απίστευτη υγρασία, βρωμουσε από την υγρασία.
Ήταν το ακριβότερο δωμάτιο και ήταν ότι αθλιότερο έχω μείνει .
Ο υπάλληλος της ρεσεψιόν , όχι με μεγάλη προθυμία μας μετέφερε σε άλλο κατάλυμα, μετά από μεγάλη δίκη μας πίεση.
Το οποίο σε καμία περίπτωση δεν άξιζε τα χρήματα που πληρώσαμε αρχικά.
Κανείς δεν μας είπε να πάρουμε πίσω την διαφορά.
Που μόνο για την ταλαιπωρία που βιώσαμε, έπρεπε να ενδιαφερθεί ο ιδιοκτήτης και να μην μας αφήσει να φύγουμε τόσο δυσαρεστημένοι.
Επίσης και προφανώς ήξεραν όλοι ότι το δωμάτιο είχε τρομερό πρόβλημα, και παρολαυτα μας το νοικιάσαν για το καλύτερο τους.
