Von der Kommunikation vorab, über die Abholung am Flughafen, dem Kuchen bei Ankunft, die unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft, die Sauberkeit und die Zuvorkommende Art von Soula war unser Aufenthalt perfekt.
Will man mobil sein, benötigt man ein Mietauto.
Bei allen Belangen ist Soula behilflich. Für meine Familie (Kinder 1,5 und 2,5 Jahre) war Alles ausgezeichnet! Kann es jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen, hier Urlaub zu machen

Die Betreuung von seitens des Hotels war hervorragend. Es wurde täglich der Kühlschrank aufgefüllt und die Wohneinheiten gereinigt. Bei Anliegen war die Hotelmanagerin stets erreichbar.
Super Poolbereich, durch Anzahl der Gäste alles sehr erholsam und Nachts ruhig. Traumstrände in der Nähe und für Tagesausflüge geeignet. Schirme usw. im Hotel verfügbar. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden

It's the perfect place to stay with children. Safe, quiet, clean, comfortable and super friendly, Soula and her family are wonderfully welcoming, accommodating and very helpful. Can't recommend this place enough.
It's a good location, close to amenities but far enough to feel like you're in rural Crete.

It was very comfortable and lovely stay. I went there with my 21 months old, and just the two of us stayed and relaxed for 3 days. The room and playground meet all the need and expectations. The host Soula is amazing. Very helpful and supportive for all our needs. Thank you again for everything. I'll definitely stay there again and again.

very family-friendly, for kids of all ages. apartment was cleaned and tidied daily which is always a bonus with a toddler running around. breakfast items were plentiful and the homemade cake was a lovey touch.

Soula the owner is a very welcoming person, she makes you feel like you are part of the family. She cares about every guest. The place is a little paradise for families with small children. We have 3 children and they had so much fun there on go carts, playground, swimming pool, feeding the animals. We are back home now and already wanting to return to Paradiso Baby & Kinder Hotel. Wonderful family friendly place, great facilities. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Soula was wonderful, welcoming, helpful and to genuinely want us to have a fantastic time.
It was a great place for our daughter and grand daughter. Other kids to play with and fun and interesting parents to get to know.

This place is fab! It’s better than the pictures and Soula has thought of so many things to help with kids! The breakfast she provides in your room is great and then they service the rooms each morning which is such a treat to be so looked after! It’s self catering and doesn’t have a restaurant but Soula hosted an amazing bbq one night and there are plenty of restaurants/shops a short drive or cycle away.

The best place in Crete, today we left and we are already missing, Soula creates an amazing atmosphere of this place ❤️, we will definitely come back

Everything was perfect! Thank you Soula for the warm welcoming and to have taken good care of us during our stay. The hotel is truly a paradise for children and babies. The place is situated close to a very nice beach and in a quiet environment.

Everything! The swimming pool was great. The room and facilities were spotless and comfortable. It was safe and child friendly. But most of all, we really enjoyed the community feel of the place. Our child played with other kids nonstop and the staff was very welcoming. The Sunday barbecue was really special and the best meal we had during our stay in Crete.
