Această proprietate este extrem de scumpă pentru ce oferă, servicii de 2 stele și preț de 5 stele.
Pros:

Din păcate nu am nimic bun de zis de ei.

Cons:

Din păcate, experiența la proprietate nu a fost la nivelul așteptărilor pentru prețul plătit.

În timpul sejurului nu s-a efectuat curățenie în camere, paturile nu au fost aranjate și lenjeria nu a fost schimbată, iar prosoapele au fost înlocuite doar la solicitarea noastră repetată.

De asemenea, conexiunea Wi-Fi nu a fost disponibilă, ceea ce a creat dificultăți reale, deoarece aveam nevoie de acces constant la comunicare profesională.

Am semnalat aceste aspecte la recepție și prin intermediul platformei Booking.com, însă nu am primit sprijin sau o soluție din partea proprietății, iar solicitarea de a discuta cu managementul nu a fost urmată de un răspuns.

Apreciez intervenția echipei Booking.com și soluția oferită ulterior. Sper totuși ca astfel de situații să fie analizate în continuare pentru a asigura că proprietățile listate oferă serviciile corespunzătoare nivelului de preț și standardelor prezentate pe platformă.

Great hotel with amazing location
Pros:

The location is amazing, approx 5 minutes from the gondola station. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious - we were a larger group spanning across several rooms and the common areas were big enough for ~8 people. There's a spa inside the hotel which is a big plus.

Cons:

The outdoor pool in the spa isn't warm enough.

Ubicación y tamaño perfecto. Garaje comodísimo y wifi mala
Pros:

El apartamento es muy amplio y comodo. El garaje con acceso directo perfecto. Muy cerca del funicular 5 min andando. Y esta en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de un supermercado, restaurantes, pero en un sitio tranquilo sin ruido. La chimenea automática y con calor. Un puntazo.

Cons:

La wifi era malísima. El apartamento esta genial de tamaño pero bastante desaprovechado en espacios. Falta un sofá cómodo para estar varios juntos.

Not worth the money. Hotel tries its best but have never stayed it it themselves as a customer to refine the experience

Location was very good.

Cons:

Very uncomfortable lounge area. Restricted spa facilities - only available after 4pm! Why? No gym in this building despite suggesting there is - it is 1km away. The sauna is a naked sauna - this is no longer appropriate in this century. Females are not comfortable go there seeing naked men. Essentially spa facilities are not available for women. I didn’t care but this is not acceptable and a very restrictive practice. I do not accept it is on hygiene grounds either. Completely wrong.

Lokalizacja obiektu jest bardzo dobra w centrum Solden blisko wyciągu 5 minut spacerem , duży apartament z dwoma sypialniami i dwoma łazienkami oraz aneksem kuchennym , balkonem z widokiem na góry i rzekę

Cons:

cena 2500 pln za dobę rezerwowaliśmy 2 dni przed przyjazdem koniec lutego byliśmy w dwójkę

Tolle Unterkunft für gehobene Ansprüche
Pros:

Die Lage des Regina "Deluxe" könnte nicht besser sein. Es gibt zwar kein Restaurant in dieser Unterkunft dafür im Umkreis von 200-300 m mehrere Restaurants mit traditioneller und internationaler Küche. Für Ski-/Snowboard Fahrer - zur Giggijochbahn hat man ca. 350 m und zur Gaisachkogelbahn ca. 900 m. Die Ortsmitte ist praktisch vor der Haustür. Parken vor dem Haus ist möglich (sind aber begrenzt) Es gibt aber alternativ direkt unter dem Gebäude eine Tiefgarage die man kostenlos benutzen kann. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der SPA Bereich ist sehr gemütlich mit verschiedenen Saunen, Ruheraum und einen Infinity Pool auf der 4. Etage mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Berge und die Stadt. Massagen werden hier nicht angeboten, aber man kann mit seiner Zimmerkarte den SPA Bereich im Regina Haupthaus ebenfalls benutzen, hier kann man auch Massagen buchen. Für Ski-/Snowboard Fahrer gibt es direkt im Gebäude einen Skiverleihshop, hier kann man die eigene Ski-Ausrüstung deponieren und auch Wartungen (z.B. wachsen, Bindung einstellen usw.) durchführen lassen.

Cons:

Einen Tag vor der Abreise war die Heizung für den Infinity Pool ausgefallen, sodass er merklich abkühlte und es zu kalt war eine Benutzung. Kann passieren ist aber ärgerlich - wurde mit Sicherheit nach unserer Abreise repariert. Ein Frühstück kann man vor Ort buchen, allerdings ist der Preis von 25 EUR je Person schon etwas übertrieben. Aber man kann in unmittelbarer Nähe im Supermarkt einkaufen und sein Frühstück selbst zubereiten, man hat dafür eine voll ausgestattet Küche in seinem Apartment.
