Tetszett hogy a régies berendezések jól megfértek a modern eszközökkel, pl. Új vízcsövek, fűtőtestek, nem voltak kirívóak. Több bútort is szépnek találtam, kényelmes volt itt. Köszönöm.

Vše bylo připraveno na náš příjezd. Vybavena kuchyně včetně základních surovin. Příjemné podlahové topení a dostatek vybavení pro náš pobyt.

Prostorný byt blízko centra
Pros:

Dobrá lokalita, velmi prostorný byt, z vybavení nám nic nechybělo. Možnost parkovaní zdarma v ulici.

Cons:

Některé postele (zejména v "obýváku") by si zasloužily alespoň topper, aby to nebylo jako spaní na zemi. Jeden den jsem přes den zůstala na bytě a byla mi tam zima, topení se spouštělo v nějakých intervalech, ale zrovna byla opravdu venku zima a prostory se úplně nevytopily.

Praktische, einfache und unkomplizierte Unterkunft für einen kurzen Stadtbesuch

Unkomplizierte Buchung, Schlüssel war im Schlüsselkasten und der Code kam per Mail. Wir hatten einen Hund dabei, das war kein Problem.

Ankunft halbe Stunde Parkplatz gesucht keine möglichkeit Abend nur Früh sonst ist alles voll jede neben Straße jede Lücke belegt.
Haus sehr runtergekommen stinkt und treckig ...
Flur voll mit Sperrmüll sogar direkt vor Eingangs Tür.
Wohnung hat sehr viel Potenzial sehr schön nur kümmert sich keine drum . Schmutzig und Alt sehr starke Geruch nach Muff. Vinteg bedeutet nicht uralt und stinkig das kann mann besser machen auch Sauberkeit gewissene Standart muss es haben und Hygiene .
Warmwasser über Boiler müsste ich erstmal raus finden wie es angehet und wo versteckt ist ,also bei Ankunft war erstmal kein warme Wasser.
Kühlschrank funktioniert in gefrieren Fach haben wir unsere Wurst aufbewahren weil dort wenig kühl war ...
Hoff einfach nur eklig ...
Kontakt mit Vermieter war top jede zeit aber natürlich sollte er sich drum kümmern vorher wenn Gäste ankommen auch um die Sauberkeit.
Meine Tochter hat mit Silberfische in Bett geschlafen das war für uns Punkt Reise abbrechen und gehen.
Gegend schön und ruhig aber trotzdem nie wieder ... ich bin auch selber Tschechin aber sowas hat keine für ihre Geld verdiennt....

Celkem pěkná , malá a vybavená koupelna.

Cons:

Fotografie ubytování odpovídaly jen částečně (jsou namíchané z více apartmánů). Vstup do chodby domu a výhled z okna v kuchyni na dvorek, kde měla být možnost venkovního posezení, je katastrofální (omlácené zdi, sutiny a zbytečné, rozbité věci na dvoře,...). V celém apartmánu byl neskutečný a nevyvětratelný zápach po cigaretách a to měl být apartmán nekuřácký. V kuchyni chyběly hrnky a lžičky, mikrovlnka šla zapnout na několikátý pokus a vyhazovala pojistky. Postele vrzaly při každém otočení, z roštu postele pod synem vypadávaly lamely a vedle manželské postele se pod koberečkem propadá podlaha. V podvečerních a večerních hodinách všedních dní není možné najít u ubytování parkovací místo.
