Kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft.
Sehr freundliche Rezeptionistin.
Es war alles sauber. Es war eine Küche vorhanden mit Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle.
Toller Blick von der Terasse.

Cons:

Leider keine Kaffeemaschine und Toaster in der Unterkunft.
Da es in einem der Schlafzimmer während unseres Aufenthalts etwas kühl war, baten wir um eine zusätzliche Decke.

Pros:

Lokalita pěkná, výborná vietnamská restaurace, parkování u hotelu. Ochotný personál v recepci.

Cons:

Velmi špatně vybavena kuchyňka. Tupé nože, chyběly skleničky na víno, velké hrnky na čaj, škrabky a struhadlo, misky. Také zde mohl být kávovar na překapávanou nebo zrnkovou kávu, instantní kafe není nic moc.

Mimoriadne pozitívne prekvapenie
Pros:

Úžasne priestranné bývanie s obrovskými pohodlnými posteľami, tie nás veľmi príjemne šokovali. Všetko bolo čisté, tri kúpeľne sú paráda, v jednej síce nefungoval splachovač, ale to sa stane, pri tomto počte nám to absolútne nevadilo. Perfektné osvetlenie, aj nočné svetlo, veľká chladnička aj kuchyňa, pohodlné sedenie, veľký jedálenský stôl, TV s kopou funkčných programov, internet... Dostatok úložných priestorov, skrinky, skrine, odkladacie plochy. Personál úžasný, parkovisko je menšie a istota, že nájdete miesto, nie je stopercentná, ale nakoniec to vždy nejak vyšlo.

Cons:

Jediné, čo nás fakt zarazilo, a doteraz tejto logike nerozumiem - všetko funguje na kartu - nielen dvere, ale celá elektrina v apartmáne. Takže ak odídete, elektrina sa vypne - a teraz to príde - vypne sa aj chladnička. Máte vybavenú kuchyňu, chladničku s mrazákom, pohodlne si nakúpite, najmä pri dlhšom pobyte, a potom zistíte, že ak tam nie ste, všetko sa vypne. Paráda. Jediná možnosť je druhá karta za finančnú zálohu a chodiť len s tou, jednu nechávať trvale na ubytovaní. Potom sa ale stráca význam druhej karty a aj tak musíte chodiť všade spolu, pretože bez karty sa späť nedostanete. Toto je naozaj nedomyslené a je to jediné, čo môžem označiť za mínus.

Wonderful apartment in the center
Pros:

We had the 2 bedroom apartment and it was huge. The living room alone was bigger than some apartments we stayed in. The location was perfect. Very quiet but just a short walk from the center. On the basement there's a vietnamese restaurant, and a small communal park just around the corner. The manager was very helpful, too. I loved the bed, the mattress was firm enough for my taste and you could tell it was quality material

Cons:

A coffee machine would be great, and the corridors had some smell from the restaurant. Nothing too bad though, it didn't disturb us.

Very good
Pros:

Really spacious apartment, several bathrooms, kitchen facilities, comfy beds, complimentary coffee, tea and water, good Wifi.
Very reactive staff.

Cons:

Heating in our apartment did not work. When it became clear no time will increase the temperature over 17C, the staff promptly relocated us to a new apartment. Fast action - greatly appreciated.
The apartments have strange setup where each bedroom can be locked using the same card-lock as the main apartment entrance. In fact the card needs to be inserted in a holder in a bedroom to turn the electricity on. In our case a bedroom door lock malfunctioned and no card could open it. There was no answer on reception phone numbers provided in the room. I was only semi-dressed with all my clothes in the locked bedroom. Luckily my friend was dressed properly, looked around reception (the reception was closed around 10 pm) and got hold of a maintenance person, who managed to get the door open after about 20 minutes. And the next day the door lock was fixed, however we did not dare to close any bedroom door till the end of our stay.

Comfortable and great
Pros:

The apartment was big and very comfortable, the cleaning and other staff members were very good. The location was perfect, we had the bus stop right outside the building, walking distance to the center of the town, also is an excellent patisserie in the corner named Mocca, they do very good coffee and cakes. The area is very quiet and nice.
