De ligging is prima rustig en mooi uitzicht.
De weg er naar toe, is onduidelijk. Je arriveert aan een weg die niet berijdbaar is. Dus misschien het adres eens na kijken . Wij hebben dan het adres van de host gekregen, die ons zeer goed geholpen heeft. Daarvoor super dank !!
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja.- Blisko Sieny. Bliskość takich miejsc jak: market, restaurację, stacja kolejowa. Czysty i zadbany obiekt. Ładny basen. Super ze każdy z gości ma przypisane leżaki do swojego pokoju. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy do gotowania i jedzenia. Był ekspres przelewowy, toster, mikrofala. Naprawdę rewelacja. Do tego piękne widoki i z okna i z basenu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z zarzadca terenu przez WhatsApp. W pokoju klimatyzacja, która była zbawienna podczas dużych upałów.
Można by było sie zastanowić nad remontem łazienki zwłaszcza chodzi o prysznic i WC. Wymiana niektórych garnków i patelni.
Ortensia cottage ideal for two couples. Each couple with its own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen quite well equipped, but indeed the frying pan or kettle is years behind. In the refrigerator only one working shelf so it was cramped with food for a week for 4 people. The furniture in the living room is also older but in the bedroom the beds are comfortable, mattresses of the firmer ones and such we like. One of the towels on arrival was dirty but we had our own, most of the towels were gently patched, a lot of spider webs but otherwise clean. Of the things I pay attention to the colorful bedding with patterns (not white) does not assure me that it is well washed, but that's just my peculiarity. The pool and green areas on the other hand are breathtaking, insane views. Very close to Siena and grocery stores (6-7 min by car). People were really nice and smiling.

Las instalaciones y ubicación son excelentes. La piscina con vistas a los campos es espectacular.
Sin dudarlo repetiría, es un lugar fantástico para desconectar de todo, tener tranquilidad y disfrutar de la Toscana.
Lo que menos me gustó por decir algo es que los jardines no estuvieran vallados para que nuestro perro pudiera disfrutar un poquito más sin tener que estar atado y no molestar a los vecinos de las otras casas.
Très bon séjour agréable, calme parfait pour se ressourcer. La piscine a débordement magnifique et le plus transat attitré 😉par hébergement nous reviendrons.

De ligging en het uitzicht is adembenemend.
De kamers waren zeer ruim en proper.
Het enige minpuntje was de koude temperatuur van het zwembad water.

Great location, great value for the money, everything was really good organized, amazing swimming pool with breathtaking view.
It's a cute place, nice location and charming
We had an amazing time, but after we left the host sent us a picture of the coffee mugs in the sink and said we were the worst guests and how we left the apartment was terrible. We paid EUR 70 as cleaning fee, they complained about 4 coffee mugs in the sink and a full garbage bin. We were given 2 dishwasher cubes, we used them and the dish washer was left containing clean dishes. They overreacted and were rude.
Amazing location in Toscana, big apartment rustically decorated. Friendly staff. 15 minutes drive from Siena. Loved it!

The pool
Poor bathrooms. Lack of decent items in the kitchen. Tired, tatty furniture. Electricity kept failing
Superb pool & surrounding grounds. Very quiet & our apartment was well maintained and clean. Any requests were dealt with immediately
Wifi a bit patchy & if you are tall ( I am 6’4”) the bed in our apartment (Verbena) had an end to it so was a little small
Pool, location, the apartment itself. 7-min drive to all necessary infrastructure: supermarket, pharmacy, pizzeria. Right within 10-min. drive to Sienna, an hour drive to Florence and Montepulciano and 40 min. drive to wonderful St Gimignano. Strongly recommend to visit restaurant Peruca in St Gimignano, not a tourist place with awesome cuisine and extra-class service. Not cheap.
Sound-proofing was awful. Could not sleep as there was a small kid in the adjacent apartment and he was crying late at night and early in the morning.
Lovely property.
No tea/coffee on arrival. No dish cloths, not enough dishwasher tablets and limited cooking utensils.
