In the centre of the town, close to shops and restaurants
1. Ill prepared in checking in. Basic check-in information on getting set up for the stay were not available. Required guests to ask and request. For eg. Wifi password, turning on the gas for the in-room heater. Welcome drink stated in the booking. Not recommended for non Greek speaking tourist. The host is unavailable to converse basic information in English, making the check-in and enquiry tougher.
2. Parking information - will suggest future guest to first drop off car at public parking upon entering the town, and walk 500m to the property. As there are no parking at this property, and navigating the road to this property requires driving through a very narrow road. We wish that such information was given at point of booking so we can be better prepared.
3. Room set up - the deluxe queen suite has it main door open up into the bedroom (bed sleeps facing the main door), this set up is odd, and doesn’t offer sense of Security. Also for the price, this room doesn’t come with any view. It might be better staying in other hotel or at Delphi that the room opens up to a view.
The hotel was practically empty and had a eeirie feel to it.

This place was the best option for our stay in Arachova we could ever make! Everything was bettee than expected! Every interior spot designed with the most luxurious decors and facilities! Room was so cosy, it felt like home. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. They were always providing us with things we wouldn't even ask, treats, coffees, phone chargers (as we forgotten them 😝). They even gave as as a gift some local foods to take with us when we left! Always going back to this place whenever i visit again Arachova! This place and its people are in my heart.
