Everything was perfect
Pros:

The room was perfect and well cleaned. Peter was very helpful and very kind, we arrived late in the evening but he waited there for us without charging us for the late check-in. Then he gave us many water bottles that were more than enough for the whole stay! and at the end he gave us a little gift aswell to remember him. Also the property is really close to the bus stop and 1km to Faliraki center. 100% recommended.

Einsame spitze
Pros:

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Zimmer. Pool vom Nachbarhotel konnte man nutzen. Peter war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann dir Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen.

Geweldige gastheer, geweldig appartement, geweldige tijd. Dankjewel Peter!
Pros:

Alles zag er ontzettend netjes en schoon uit, het balkon was top en Peter en zijn vrouw zijn geweldige mensen. Ze zijn erg betrokken met je en zorgen echt dat je verblijf haast niet beter kan. Top tijd gehad! Echt een aanrader!

Cons:

Er miste een hoog ophangpunt voor de douchekop, dus die moest je zelf vasthouden. Voor ons verder geen probleem, maar dat was het enige.

Peter et sa femme sont au top !
Rapport qualité-prix défiant toutes concurrences
Logement bien équipé (balcon, climatisation gratuite, wifi gratuit, accès à la piscine)
Entretien du logement tous les deux jours avec changement des draps et serviettes, c’est idéal pour les longs séjours

Cons:

Petit bémol sur la situation géographique, il est nécessaire d’être véhiculé

Pros:

Host gentilissimo, camera pulita e carinissima. Posizione abbastanza centrale ma comunque serve la macchina per spostarsi come per tutta l'isola. Consigliato !

ideale Unterkunft für einige Tage in Faliraki
Pros:

Ich war alleine für einige Tage dort und Peter hat mich persönlich empfangen, mir alles gezeigt und es war einfach mega. schöne große Dusche, bequeme Betten, ausreichende Küchen Ausstattung und sehr sehr gutes W-Lan (inklusive) einfach mega wenn man einige Tage in Faliraki verbringen will.

Cons:

tatsächlich gibt es nichts was mir aufgefallen ist, das einzige wäre vielleicht das man zu fuß bis in die Stadt etwa 20-30 Minuten läuft aber das wäre in meinen Augen jetzt nichts "negatives" in Bezug auf die Unterkunft.

Perfect place for a well priced holiday in Faliraki. Peter is very nice and helpfull person and always supportive if needed. I would really recommend this place.

OTTIMA ESPERIENZA
Pros:

struttura molto accogliente pulita e ordinata situata in ottima posizione, dista 5minuti in scooter/auto da faliraki e 20 minuti da rodi.
Vasca idromassaggio pulita e perfettamente funzionante
Struttura dotata di condizionatore , doccia esterna e ampio terrazzo sul quale potersi rilassare.
Personale molto gentile e accogliete.
Se si decide di soggiornare a faliraki la consiglio vivamente.

I will go back when I get a chance to go there. Faliraki is a good place to hang out
Pros:

Peter is the caretaker of the property and he was the most helpful person about everything there and giving me advice about how to rent a car. We were extremely comfortable staying there.

Cons:

A little far to just walk to places, about a mile to the beach and stores, but not that for younger people.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, appartamento moderno e pulito, avevamo anche un terrazzo privato con stendino, tavolo e sedie. Doccia con vetro.
Cambio di asciugamani e pulizie ogni due giorni. Non c’è la colazione ma lì accanto c’è un hotel che fa servizio di colazione a buffet. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile.
Parcheggio disponibile di fronte lungo strada sempre libero.

Pros:

All'inizio eravamo un po' delusi perché la struttura era distante da spiaggia, spacci alimentari, bar e ristoranti, dovevamo avere per forza una macchina. Abbiamo apprezzato in particolar modo la pulizia e il cambio delle lenzuola e asciugamani ogni due giorni.
