Très bien
Pros:

Notre petit séjour était super , un grand merci à Monsieur Ramzi de la réception qui était au top, il est très professionnel, serviable , au petit soin et à l’écoute. Hôtel propre, la nourriture est excellente. Tout était parfait.

Cons:

Pas de bar et Hôtel sans alcool. Il faut le signaler car nous ne savons pas que c’était soft.

Logement confortable à part observations précitées
Cons:

Pas de bar et pas d'alcool au restaurant ..
Salle de bain très vieillotte ..a l'ancienne avec rideau de douche en plastique pas vu depuis 1990 !
Cuisine pareil .. 1990 ..
Personnel très sympathique et disponible ..

L'emplacement est parfait, l'accueil était chaleureux et le personnels sympathique, le buffet par rapport a son prix cv, la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement.

Cons:

J'ai ps trop aimé qu il autorise les gens a manger sur le piscine et les chambres n'était pas loin pour se restaurer et revenir nager, il faut être plus ferme car malheureusement les gens ne sont pas assez propre pour comprendre tt seule.

Il était vraiment agréable.
Pros:

La propreté et l’animation. Les serveurs sont gentils et attentionnés et surtout patients.

Cons:

C’est un peu lent le service. Les draps n’étaient pas doux et les oreillers trop hauts et donc pas confortables.

Very friendly and welcoming staff
Awesome pool and entertainment
The food was amazing, with lot of variety and traditional meals : tasteful and fresh !!!

A special big thank you to Mrs Sirine ( Guest relations manager) for her kindness, attention to details and going far and beyond to satisfy the guests .We truly appreciate a lovely gift that she offered to us ✌️🤩

I genuinely recommend this hotel and would definitely repeat the experience again and without doubts .

La struttura è curata, pulita e il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. Le piscine sono il vero punto di forza: spaziose, ben tenute e perfette sia per rilassarsi che per divertirsi. Anche il cibo è stato ottimo, con un’ampia scelta di piatti gustosi e ben preparati, adatti a tutti i gusti. L’atmosfera è tranquilla e accogliente, ideale per una vacanza in totale relax. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chi cerca comfort, buona cucina e servizi di qualità.

Excellent séjour, je recommande !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un séjour extrêmement agréable. L'établissement est top, mais c'est surtout la gentillesse et la chaleur du personnel qui ont fait toute la différence. Un accueil personnalisé et une équipe toujours aux petits soins pour que l'on ne manque de rien.
