В цілому нам сподобалось. Раджу зупинятись тут.
Pros:

Нам сподобалось розташування, багато місця, вид з вікна. У квартирі є усе необхідне: екстра рушники, посуд, речі для пляжу, усе необхідне для душу і тд.

Cons:

Єдине зауваження - ліжко. Некомфортно спати бо ліжко провалюється в середину. Не знаю це матрас чи каркас ліжка. Треба перевірити, і полагодити або замінити.

停電トラブル時のホストの対応が最悪
Cons:

滞在中、建物全体の停電・断水が夜に発生し、宿泊できない状況になりました。ホストに連絡しましたが返事がなく、やむを得ず別のホテルに1泊だけ移動しました。翌日こちらから再度連絡してようやく返信がありましたが、今度は「勝手に移動した」と責められるような内容でした。
トラブルが起きるまでは連絡もスムーズだっただけに、急に対応が悪くなった点が非常に残念です。結果として1泊分の宿泊費が二重で発生しました。使えなかった1泊分の返金を相談しましたが、「オーナーに確認する」と言われたまま放置され、こちらからの複数回の連絡もすべて無視されています。
During our stay, a building-wide power outage and water shutdown occurred at night, making the accommodation uninhabitable. We contacted the host but received no response, so we had no choice but to move to another hotel for one night.
When we contacted the host again the next day, we finally received a reply, but the message criticized us for moving “without permission.”
Communication had been smooth until the trouble occurred, which makes the sudden lack of support very disappointing. As a result, we ended up paying for two accommodations for one night.
We requested a refund for the night we were unable to stay, but after being told they would “check with the owner,” we were completely ignored. Multiple follow-up messages have gone unanswered.

Pros:

Location was great, check in and check out were great, kitchen facilities were great.
Property is a little dated -the plug points were peeling off the wall when we unplug devices,the sofa bed in the living room- kitchen is a little inadequate for an adult

Air conditoning efficient and very useful because the use of the fan is dangerous since the ceiling in low and the fan could hit our heads.

Cons:

Very expensive parking but no other choice and does not depend on our guest.
Although located on the 28th floor, the windows can be opened.

Great stay in Waikiki
Pros:

The appartment is located in Waikiki and has an amazing view. It is a 30 min walk to all the main locations in Waikiki. All rooms have their own separate AC.

Cons:

Parking in the Garage is too expensive 50$ a day. But there is a garage in 2004-2036 Kalia Rd with monthly rate of 230$.

What a beautiful and comfortable experience!
Pros:

What an absolute amazing time we had at this property. Not only was it clean and comfortable and the views were so breath taking. We were also only a few blocks away from many restaurants, stores, and the beach which we loved!!

Pros:

The views were great. The location was good. Nice being across from the food trucks and 2 car rental places at the location was nice. The bus pick-up locations were close by also.

Cons:

The bedroom on the far side of the apartment stayed warm. Due to no air-conditioning. Could have used a couple more dish cloths. A a few more kitchen wares.

Pros:

The views were absolutely amazing as you are on the 28TH floor of a hotel right at the start of Waikiki. From one of the bedrooms you can see all the way down Waikiki and Diamond Head, which is an amazing view especially at sunset.
The location is around a 10 minute walk to the heart of Waikiki, and around 15 minutes to Ala Moana mall.
The flat itself had big comfortable beds, as well as the kitchen and bathroom.
Felt very safe staying there as the hotel lobby has 24 hour security and hotel cards must be used to access the elevator.
The host is super responsive and friendly.

Cons:

The apartment and hotel itself were a bit run down, and there were minimal amenities in terms of the kitchen.

One to remember
Pros:

Everything was easy access, familiarizing yourself to the area was no problem at all. Space was cozy, floors were clean and polished. Views of the city were beautiful. Amenities were exquisite, wifi strong, smart TV and air-conditioner worked fine.

Cons:

No closet in extra room nor a/c, but once room was chilled from living room a/c, everything was ok
