I had a bad experience.
Pros:

The view.

Cons:

The bedding, how noisy it was, the AC acting up, the shower is tight, the entrance is sketchy, it smells like smoke.

Amazing we really did enjoy our stay here
Pros:

The room was nice and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely stay here , the location was great . Walking distance to shops , cafes , beach and food trucks . About a 10-15 min walk to the main Waikiki strip which was nice and easy to walk to . Nice pool area . Easy pick up and drop off of the keys . Stayed here for 7 nights and loved how affordable it was .

Cons:

There was no spare toilet paper in the bathroom and when we arrived there was only half a roll left to begin with .

Cons:

Needs a lot of work done. Taps were lose, woodwork was coming away around door frame. Bed frame felt and sounded like it was going to fall apart.

Caught the local bus from the airport. The location was fantastic. Near the shops and beach. Loved no added resort fee. The unit was clean and freshly painted. Had microwave, jug and fridge. Could open windows to get fresh air. Had fan and aircondtioning. Cute table and chairs. Would stay there again. Easy to collect and drop off key. Appreciated early check in.

Cons:

The bed wasnt the most comfortable. Pillows were lumpy. Towels were scratchy and the shower could only get luke warm water.

Close to the conference centre. Access to shared pool and hot tubs.

Cons:

Advance information on access was contradictory, and not clear until day of arrival. Information on facilities also rather unclear. The lack of somewhere to hang clothes (eg damp trunks and towel) was annoying.

Proximity to the area was ok

Cons:

We didn't receive the instructions for the lockbox or room until the next day. I tried to call the host via the number provided, the call initially went through. Then it was blocked. We had to bother the security guards to get in touch with the host after 11pm just to get access.
The place is old and horribly renovated. Bad painting. Marks on walls and broken blinds. Broken mixer in the shower. And a very uncomfortable bed.
Unfortunately for the price....this place was a rip off. Avoid if you can
