Clean room, perfect location, nice staff
Pros:

Perfect location next to all places of interest. Breakfast was not typically included but the room is fully serviced with kitcheneries and things for basic breakfast. Clean and spatious room, friendly staff and parking available on request (with a small charge).

Cons:

Bit pricey due to peak season. The mattress could be newer (was a bit too soft).

"Δυστυχώς, το ERMIS μάς ενημέρωσε ότι δεν μπορεί να σας φιλοξενήσει από Check-in μέχρι Check-out για τον εξής λόγο: υπεράριθμη κράτηση στο κατάλυμα. Λυπούμαστε για τυχόν επιπτώσεις στα σχέδιά σας" Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά από μέρους σας,με ενημερώσατε για την ακύρωση της κράτησης ενώ βρισκόμουν στο δρόμο για το κατάλυμα. Ουσιαστικά με πετάξατε στο δρόμο χωρίς καμία απολύτως ευθύνη τρείς ώρες πριν φτάσω στο ξενοδοχείο. Με ενημερώσατε εντελώς τυπικά με ένα μέιλ το οποίο δεν έλαβα έως ότου ήμουν ήδη στα Γιάννενα. Ίσως δεν φταίει το κατάλυμα αλλά η πλατφόρμα που δεν ενημερώνει εγκαίρως για Overbooking. Επειδή εργαζομαι στο τουρισμό, ακομα κ σε ανάλογη περίπτωση το ξενοδοχειο μας εβρισκε κατάλυμα στον επισκέπτη ακόμα κ στο μεσω της σεζόν.

Το πιο καθαρό δωμάτιο που έχω πετύχει ever!!!
Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία όλα ήταν δίπλα!!
Πάρκινγκ έξω από το ξενοδοχείο (με μια μικρή χρέωση) κάτι το οποίο είναι πολυ σημαντικό στα Γιάννενα!!!
Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!!!

Cons:

Μαλακό στρώμα.. αλλά αυτό είναι αντικειμενικό για το καθένα..
