Pros:

Easy access, close to Coop, burger king and down town.
Kitchen is functional. All needed equipment was present except a frying pan.

Cons:

The bed had an thinner mattress on top of the mattress, but it shifts while sleeping resulting in a unsupported hang-over area, it almost made me fall out of the bed.
The missing frying pan was most likely due to the smoke detector, originally in the hall but relocated in the living room.
A fine of 500kr is requested in case of an alarm. False or not.

Fin lägenhet och ett bra pris
Pros:

Lägenheten är mycket fin och bekväm, ren. Köket är ganska modernt med all nödvändig utrustning för att laga mat, badrummet är enkelt men fungerar bra. Uppvärmningen är bra och byggnaden ligger i ett trevligt område.

Cons:

I mitt fall var det enda problemet jag såg att lägenheten ligger lite långt från stadens centrum, och eftersom jag bodde där under vintern var det mycket snö och kyla, så man måste gå, ibland ganska långt. Kollektivtrafiken på vintern är inte pålitlig och kan till och med ställas in, vilket kan vara ett problem om man behöver komma någonstans i tid (till exempel till universitetet). Jag tycker att det är ett mycket bättre alternativ på sommaren.
