Sjajan hotel
Pros:

Hotel je nov, soba je čista, prostrana, opremljena sa svim što je potrebno za prijatan boravak. Čak su namestili i kauč da naše dete spava tu, iako nismo tražili!
Spa je odličan, voda u bazenu topla i prijatna.
Zaista sve pohvale za hotel i osoblje.

Wonderful vacation
Pros:

Exceptional staff both at the reception and in the restaurant.
The waiters were always friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to talk to. They are very kind and wonderful people. It was clear that they genuinely cared about doing their job well.

The reception managers assisted us with everything. Even the hotel manager, despite being very serious, was extremely helpful. Thank you very much!

Since we were traveling with a small child and there was no stove in the room, they kindly provided one upon our request. Convenient parking. The food in the restaurant was delicious. We are very satisfied.

Cons:

The only downside we didn’t like was that communication regarding the reservation through Booking was not maintained. For a month, we did not receive a single response from the manager, who, as it turned out, was somewhere in Belgrade. Even afterward, there was no response.

Pros:

Kedves a személyzet. A dohányzás az kellemetlen lehet azoknak, akik olyan országból érkeznek, ahol évek óta nem lehet bent dohányozni. De ez nem a szállás hibája, egész jól működik az elszívó rendszer.
