We had a wonderful stay at Florian’s apartment. The space is spacious and well-equipped, offering a perfect balance of convenient access to local amenities while remaining quiet and private. We especially loved starting our mornings on the balcony, soaking in the views and the peaceful birdsong. Being right next to the Tauerntal Valley was a highlight; it quickly became our favourite spot for tranquil walks through the forest and along the stream. Thank you, Florian—we hope to return soon!"

Florian to jeden z najlepszych gospodarzy, u jakiego było mi dane gościć. Apartament perfekcyjnie przygotowany, widać dbałość o każdy detal. On sam pomocny w trakcie pobytu i bardzo życzliwy.
My jeździliśmy na nartach w Ankogel i Molltaler Gletscher, a wieczorem mogliśmy koszystać z pobliskiego basenu i kompleksu sauen - bez dodatkowych kosztów. Polecam pobyt w obiekt Apartments Hohenberger Mallnitz każdemu!

It was a real pleasure to stay there with our family (2 kids). Owner of this place is super friendly and it helped us with any question or request. We were snowboarding, skiing, walking in snowshoes, building Igloo, using free sauna/swimming pool (which is very close). Also you have a nice equipped supermarket there and nice restaurants in Mallnitz. Ankogel is 10mins, Goldeck 40mins, Molltaler 30mins by car. We had a really great time there - every day. You can enter snow trails for snowshoes/cross-country skiing directly from this place... Place is super quiet with beautiful views to all directions. Apartment was super clean, spacey, comfy, stylish, nice equipped, we didn't miss anything. Kitchen is also well equipped. Free parking with a big car also no problem at all. Thanks a lot for a beautiful winter holiday. Fully recommended!

Everything. From the size of the apartment, facilities to the kindness and helpful owner everything exceeded our expectations. For sure I will come again.

Very spacious, well cared for, friendly and very helpful staff - everything provided, even coffee pods and kitchen towels, which is not the norm in Austria. Even though there were down to minus 20 degrees Celsius during our stay, the apartment had excellent heating, with floor heating in the bathroom. Very comfortable. Definitely a location to recommend .

Mi-a placut totul: apartamentul in care am fost cazati, faptul ca am avut intrare la piscina din localitate si întrare la muzeu (nu am avut timp sa il vizitam), curățenia, dotarea apartamentului, proprietarul foarte prietenos si de ajutor.

Totul a fost excelent. Apartamentul spațios, amenajat cu gust, curat, călduros , bucătăria dotata cu tot ce am avut nevoie, parcare la proprietate .
Am apreciat atenția deosebită la detalii și amabilitatea gazdei .
Recomand cu încredere și m-am întoarce oricând .

Piękna lokalizacja, mieszkanie śliczne, zadbane w pełni wyposażone. Wspaniały widok z okna. Brak jakichkolwiek zastrzeżeń co do lokalu. Zostaliśmy cudownie przywitani przez Pana Floriana który wyjaśnił nam wszystko powiedział co warto zobaczyć i był dostępny w każdej chwili. Prezent sylwestrowy w postaci pysznego szampana tylko umocnił te odczucia.
Nielimitowany dostęp do basenu oraz atrakcji Mallnitz w cenie pobytu dopełnia pozytywnego wizerunku.
Kluczem do sukcesu pozostaje jednak Właściciel. Oby więcej tak wspaniałych i pozytywnych ludzi spotykać na swojej drodze.

Todo, fue una estadía soñada e inmejorable

We genoten van een prachtige reis in dit fantastisch mooie verblijf in Mallnitz.
Florian is enorm behulpzaam en geeft je informatie over de mooiste plekjes.
We zouden het iedereen zeker aanraden en komen heel graag nog eens terug!

Struttura ampia, pulita, dotata dei maggiori comfort e di piacevoli accortezze tanto che abbiamo prolungato il nostro soggiorno.
Florian è un host attento, presente, gentilissimo da cui è possibile avere tutte le informazioni necessarie per poter trascorrere al meglio le proprie vacanze.
Un grazie sentito per la disponibilità e la pazienza nel check-in ma soprattutto nel check-out.

Krásný, velký, čistý, dokonale a moderně zařízený appartment, velká terasa, pohodlné postele. Klidné okolí domu, příjemný a ochotný pan domácí.

spiegazioni dettagliate e a rispondere in tempi reali a qualsiasi esigenza.
Appartamento al pian terreno con una porta finestra che da su un giardino ben curato, ampiamente dotato di tutto il necessario, pulito e luminoso.
(Apprezzato particolarmente lo sgabello ergonomico Move! Ha alleviato tantissimo il mio mal di schiena)
Ottima la posizione, vicina al centro e ai servizi. Parcheggio sempre garantito.
Ci siamo trovati benissimo, ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Fantastic location for hiking and biking in Höhen Tauern.
Place was spotlessly clean and our host Florian was super responsive, friendly, and providing valuable insights for local attractions and best hiking options.
We had apartment with direct access to terrace, which was nice after long days spent exploring the mountains.
Apartment is just few minutes walk from village centre, local swimming pool, busy stops, shops and restaurants.
