Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ottima posizione. Migliorerei la manutenzione delle camere.

Aria condizionata, spazio, le lenzuola ed i cuscini.

Cons:

La manutenzione generale: docce mal funzionanti, sifoni arrugginiti, superfici ripiani bagno saltate, tende staccate dal binario, zoccolo staccato. Le foto delle stanze sono molto più qualitative rispetto alla realtà.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a pedestrian area, only a 5 min walk from the parking lot (take care not to enter the ztl area and pay at the machine in the parking not to a guy who may approach you). The hotel reception was in a separate building which has limited opening hours. Our room was on the 2nd floor up some steep stairs, our room was not ready when we arrived and we found our luggage in our room when ready. The room is big, we had two bathrooms, a separate room and a bedroom for 3 persons and access to a terras on the roof. There is no breakfast included but in the morning they have a small cafe on the corner where you can have a small Italian breakfast. The location is excellent for all activities you would like to do close to the center.

Cons:

Just to know building has stairs no elevator.

Brutta sorpresa nel letto

posizione eccellente, ampi spazi in camera, personale gentile.

Cons:

Arrivati in camera ci accorgiamo che il letto non era stato fatto. Le lenzuola erano stropicciate e sporche e vi era un fazzoletto sporco dentro il letto. Abbiamo contattato l'albergo tramite wa (la reception era chiusa) e hanno mandato qualcuno a rifare la stanza ma dal mio primo messaggio a quando l'inserviente ha finito le pulizie sono passate quasi 2 ore. Inoltre la tavoletta era macchiata (non sporca) andrebbe sostituita. Il letto matrimoniale è su un soppalco e se non si è attenti si rischia di sbattere la testa.

Struttura composta da più vani in locazioni non univoche. Check in alle 15 e check out alle 10… servizio camere inesistente ( nessuno ha rifatto la nostra camera dopo la prima notte) . Bar per le colazioni con apertura non tassativa alle 8.30 e domenica chiuso.
