Amazing place!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in Tuscany! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the views from the windows were absolutely breathtaking. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very beginning. A special mention goes to the owner’s lovely dog, who was absolutely adorable and made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect holiday in Tuscany. We would love to come back!

Sitio espectacular
Pros:

Nos encanto el sitio, espectacular y muy bien ubicado cerca de todo , Rocco el anfitrión muy atento y amable y nuestro queridisimo Leo , el perrito un encanto .

Cons:

Desde mi punto de vista que este mas acondicionado para dias de calor , no había aire acondicionado pero si ventiladores , nos pillo una ola de calor y hacia mucho calor .

Location molto bella e tranquilla immersa nel verde; vista panoramica fantastica con piscina sulle colline della toscana. Volterra dista pochi minuti in auto; Rocco il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile.

Great stay in wonderful location. Stunning pool.
Pros:

Stunning views just what I dreamt Tuscany would be.
Having a well equpped kitchen meant we could enjoy our dinners on our terrace, while watching the most amazing sunsets. Beautful swimming pool. Easy parkjng. The Manager Roco Is s a delight and very helpful. His 4 legged offsider Leo, was very friendly too :)
Car is needed as town and supemarket are a 5 minute drive away.

Cons:

Would've scored 10 as there was no A/c, but we knew that, fans were supplied.
Fly screens missing on living room doors and window.
Bedroom has a glass door leading to common terrace which limited keeping door open in the hot weather, there was no window in the bedroom.
Having said that, we would definitely stay here again as the positives certainly outweighed the negatives!

Vi valgte dette sted efter nogle anbefalinger af vores venner og har ikke fortrudt det! Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage 🥰
Pros:

Alt! Beliggenhed, værter, området❤️

Cons:

Vi har ikke noget at komme efter, kun en bemærkning - det ville være dejligt med flere bestil og tallerkner så man ikke skulle vaske op hele tiden. Flere liggestol ved poolen, der var lidt trængt når alle gæster var samlet ved poolen…
Ellers alt var fint, vi elskede stedet 🤗

Tolle Auszeit, wir kommen wieder :)
Pros:

Mega Ausblick !
Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt , Rocco stand uns sofort zur Seite .
Wohnung war tiptop sauber.
Sehr zentral zu Volterra Stadt .

heerlijke vakantie gehad.
Pros:

we hebben genoten van onze vakantie bij rocco (en leo de hond), we zaten er in een paar hele warme weken en hebben veel plezier gehad van het zwembad, verder ook lekker buiten kunnen zitten en hadden binnen ook nog een lekkere plek om te zitten.

Cons:

door de wamte die we hadden (42°c koelde het savonds niet echt af, daardoor was een airco lekker geweest maar niet noodzakelijk

Erholsame Tage nahe Volterra
Pros:

Es ist ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen und die Ruhe und Natur zu genießen. Das Appartment mit Terrasse hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick in die fantastische Landschaft und den tollen Pool. Rocco der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich sehr um alles. Volterra ist mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten entfernt und ist wirklich sehenswert. Ein Danke auch an Ivan, der sich sehr bemüht hat mit uns Deutsch zu sprechen.

Cons:

Das Bad ist für 3 Personen sehr klein - bei der Dusche gibt es nur einen Duschvorhang.
Das Appartement hat leider keine Klimaanlage und durch die externe Hitze die im Juni war, konnte man deshalb durch die drückende Schwüle in der Nacht kaum schlafen. Da halfen leider auch die zwei aufgestellten Ventilatoren nicht......... man ist aber bemüht, zukünftig dies zu verbessern.

The worst experience I have ever had with a property on booking.

The host contacted us through WhatsApp to make arrangements outside of Booking.com's messaging platform, which is contrary to Booking.com's policies. The room we booked was given to another guest a few days before our arrival but after the window we could cancel and receive our money back.

The property persuaded us to stay in a different room from the one we originally booked and never applied the discount they had agreed to. The room we were given smelled so strongly of fresh paint that we began experiencing headaches and informed the host within three hours of arrival that we needed to leave. We were travelling with a 6 year old.

This led to an unnecessarily long confrontation during which the host threatened to call the police, misrepresented the situation to Booking.com, and charged us the full amount for a room that was unsuitable and unsafe for a child due to the paint fumes. I offered to pay for the night we stayed, but the host was completely unreasonable and dishonest.

To make matters worse, their extremely large dog jumped on my child and scratched his back. The host later denied that this had happened, despite the fact that I took photographs documenting the scratches.

As a result, I had to initiate a chargeback through my credit card company and seek assistance from the European Consumer Centre.

I had to find suitable accommodation at my own expense and have spent weeks fighting to be reimbursed. Booking did not help at all.

I would avoid this place. We found a much nicer accommodation.

Fantastic place to stay
Pros:

Location, apartments, aesthetics, amazing clean pool, dog-friendly, nice owners.

Cons:

No AC, but there are fans - so it helps when it’s hot.
