Very convenient location, and the hosts were very helpful with tips on the best things to explore.
The kitchen had all the accessories we needed for cooking our breakfast. We did the rest of the meals outside.
Beds were very comfortable, and the studio was very cleaned when we arrived.
It is very well located, close to the 17 tram stop and just in front of a supermarket (take care when u cross the street… lots of cyclists try to run u over!!!)
The ginger girl from the host team was very kind at every moment.
Reality was like pictures on the web
We spent there 3 nights. In the closer apartment, there were different guys each night.
We had bad luck because they were younger and noisy people waiting the clock strikes 24.00 to go out, looking for fiesta. Fortunately, when they went out, there was silence, and we could sleep well.
I think hosting team must improve the acoustic isolation.
Location was quite good on a tram line and it wasn't too far to walk into the city centre with some lovely canals close by. If you are here I recommend you visit De Hallen just down the road a wonderful spot for a night out great atmosphere and food.
This apartment is showings its age and needs to be updated, fix the wall plaster and paint. It is dark and the lighting poor, there was nowhere comfortable to sit and the kitchen only had 2 hot plates. It needs a microwave oven at least. Not sure why the Dutch don't have shower doors but its impossible not to get water everywhere. There were not enough towels to dry up afterwards. The towels were thread bear and falling apart. Also it was noisy and you could easily hear the people in the apartment next door.

It was a problem getting in contact with someone to get access details however this was resolved and someone met us at the property with the keys.

we didn’t like of the property:
1) Wi-Fi worked just in the kitchen area.
2) We could hear the neighbours speak because the walls are very thin, no privacy!
3) The shower has no full closure so every time you have a shower the bathroom floor gets all wet.
4) the mattresses are very soft causing back pain.
5) Coffe machine not working properly because the coffe pods were not the original ones.
6) Very low lights inside in all the property, during the day it’s possible to pull up curtains in the kitchen area but people from the road will then see inside (again not much privacy). In the bathroom you can’t even shave or put makeup on.
7) the light in the fridge was not working.
8) can’t go outside from the bedroom.
Location
Furniture organization was not the best… the place is small and the furniture organization is not the best, which makes it feel smaller.
It is not a king bed, two separate beds
