Great location to stay at if you want to experience it like a local, but doesn’t not worth the price for the quality it
Pros:

The property is at a nice location, walkable distance to nearby train and tram stops, have a few nice cafe and restaurants nearby and is a safe and quiet area.

Cons:

The dishes weren’t cleaned, it was left saucy, so we had to clean them manually. The property has really steep stairs (very Dutch thing). There seem to be some sort of bed bug or mosquito around the flat as we all got bitten by it and we always get itchy in bed. It is bit warm in the flat during day time, windows are hard to adjust the opening.

Pros:

The personnel was beyond helpful, lady at reception made our stay much more comfortable than anticipated, thank you a lot. Everything was as great, location was perfect for us - quiet but close to zoo and tram.

No está mal ubicado

Cons:

La recepción está a 600 mt de la habitación y hay que cubrir esa distancia acarreando las maletas. Como se podrá imaginar, no limpian la habitación ni hay room service ni nada parecido. Además, la atención es fría e impersonal. Recomiendo ir con expectativas muy bajas si usted es un turista acostumbrado al buen trato y el servicio

Recomendable si vas a estar unos días
Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación y fácil de ir al centro. Buen barrio e instalaciones relativamente limpias y aceptables.

Cons:

La habitación de 4 era súper pequeña, siendo imposibles moverse más de 30 cm por ella. Baño sin ventana, lo que acentúa el olor de las deposiciones por todo el apartamento.

Es war einfach so dreckig. Mit weißen Socken auf dem Boden laufen kannst vergessen die wurden direkt schwarz, Staubschichten auf den Regalen und Schränken die ich selbst geputzt habe weil ich Allergiker bin, Spülmaschine hatte noch schmutziges Geschirr drin und wurde vor Check in nicht ausgeräumt.(habe ich auch so gelassen). Die Nachbarn waren verdammt laut im Treppenhaus und vor der Tür. Generell vor der Tür ist ein Park wo abends zwielichtige Gestalten sich aufhalten sich prügeln und schreien und Drogen nehmen. Die Unterkunft hat viele Erwartungen an die Mieter aber selbst wird nichts erfüllt. Es war nicht sauber und die Gegend war auch nicht wirklich ruhig

タイミングの問題だとは思うが，フットボールの試合があり，隣の上の部屋を借りていたスペイン人達が夜中2時くらいまで窓を開けて大騒ぎしており，住民から「Be quiet！」の苦情が出ているほどひどかったのが初めの3日続いた．その期間睡眠不足で，非常につらかった．

Pros:

The apartment was spacious and beds were comfortable.
Shower was great.

Cons:

I read past reviews before booking and it’s true the stairs are steep (3 sets of stairs) and we are seasoned travelers.
Despite having an oven - there was nothing that could be used in the oven!
There was no way to light gas stove so after we arrived we had to go searching for a lighter in nearby shops!
There was no microwave and no toaster and no coffee mugs.
So if you plan to cook as we did with 3 teenagers be mindful your cooking will be limited. We stayed slightly further out for the cooking facilities so was frustrating.
It’s about a 30 min walk into city centre
