Cons:

We stayed four nights.
The apartment was situated in a nice area.
But: we lacked a lot of stuff for it to be a great stay.
- no broom for sweeping
- no towels for hands in bathrooms
- bathroom cabin leaked, floor gets all wet
- furniture is not cozy, it feels very much like institution
- generel low level of cleanliness. Walls in the two upper bedrooms were very dirty, floor very dirty with lots of stains.
- vacuum cleaner on stairs makes passage difficult - I am sure it is not legal

We see lots of room for improvement, I’m afraid.

Pros:

Appartement très fonctionnel. Le lit est confortable et la grande salle de bain est appréciable. L'appartement est légèrement excentré par rapport au centre ville, mais est quand même dans un quartier agréable.

Cons:

L'appartement n'est absolument pas isolé. Nous avons malheureusement eu 4 personnes qui faisaient beaucoup de bruit à 4h du matin. Nous les entendions comme s'ils étaient à côté de nous. Et ce dans la rue comme dans le hall d'immeuble (et dans leur logement)

Gute Lage - Preis Leistung ist in Ordnung.
Pros:

Die Lage war prima! Die Straßenbahn ist direkt in der Nähe sowie ein paar nette Cafes. Wir waren eine Gruppe und es war für ein paar Tage alles in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Licht im Wohnzimmer war leider sehr grell und auch das einzige im Zimmer. Das Bad war nicht besonders sauber.

Cons:

Cuscini troppo morbidi, un cuscino solo a persona (non abbiamo chiesto al personale dell'hotel se potessero fornirci altri cuscini).

Great location, but the service was poor considering the price

Oven and stove for cooking provided

Cons:

We stayed in the ground floor apartment.
Amenities like dish washing sponges were all old and used so we had to buy our own because they were yuck.
No hand soap in bathroom.
No oven tray for food.
No microwave.
Windows viewed into a shared area where rubbish bins and other trash was lying outside, did not feel private, workers looking into the windows.
I heard what I thought was mice in the walls at night.
Basics for hotels like dishes and trash were asked DIY, hotel also asked for a €300 bond which I have not received communication on if it will be returned yet.
Address was confusing and instructions were unclear for reception being 3 blocks away from the location to pick up the keycard.
Mould in bathroom.

La posizione ottima, con fermata tram a ca 100 mt e metro a ca 500 mt

Cons:

L'appartamento quadruplo è al 3' piano raggiungibile solo da una scala con gradini alti e strettissimi. La struttura necessita sicuramente di una rimessa a punto.

Attention à la caution
Pros:

Emplacement super. Chambre confortable, mais pas très propre.
Je n’ai toujours pas été remboursé pour ma caution !!

Cons:

À notre arrivée, on nous a demandé de payer une caution. Cela fait plus de 15 jours depuis la fin de mon séjour, et je n’ai toujours pas été remboursé et l’établissement ne répond à aucun de mes messages.
