Important information:

The credit card used for the reservation must be presented upon arrival by the owner, who must be one of the guests staying at the property. In case the credit card is not presented upon check-in, the property will charge another credit card on the spot and refund the originally provided card with the equivalent amount.
Photocopies and photographs of credit cards, third-party credit cards or virtual credit cards are not accepted.

The reservations are personal for the guest who has originally reserved and cannot be transferred to other guests. Please note that for reservations of 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Quiet hours based on Greek law are between 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00. All guests are kindly requested to respect them.

Full Housekeeping service is provided free of charge for stays 7 days or more. For stays 5-6 days a room tidying up is offered once and it is scheduled usually on the 3rd or 4th day of your stay. Housekeeping service can be offered or adjusted different days than the scheduled ones based on your needs with a surcharge. No free cleaning service is available for stays of up to 4 days.

Amazing view, friendly staff and a comfy stay.
Pros:

We stayed on the 5th floor, the view was amazing. The appartement was very cosy and comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

If you get the Loft unit you will have a great view with an amazing sunset . Good price overall

New place , clean with parking

Cons:

Place charges you 8 Euro for a towel per person so that would of been 16 euro for a couple , if you stay less then a week. Never have I seen that nowhere!!! And the bathroom had a sewer smell!’
Pretty bad , you notice it when you walk in the room right away , unbearable . I’m sure they know it . I’m a plumber so I can tell you it’s the floor drain in the bathroom that is not Trapped with the correct install , allowing methane gases to escape . Unacceptable!! Also can’t walk anywhere , need a car . Otherwise the place was very nice . Great view , new facility .

Très belle vue sur la mer mais trop bruyant
Pros:

Bel appartement au 3ème et dernier étage : Loft (1 pièce unique avec coin cuisine, il parait beaucoup plus grand sur les photos) avec de grandes baies vitrées et vue sur la mer, 2 grandes terrasses (1 coté mer et une coté montagne). Literie confortable (sauf les oreillers que j'ai trouvé trop compactes et trop hauts). Place de parking en sous sol. A notre arrivée dans l'appartement, il y avait : Cafetière NESPRESSO avec quelques capsules, une bouteille d'eau dans le réfrigérateur, quelques fruits, des capsules pour le lave vaisselle. Echange agréable avec la personne de l'accueil par l'intermédiaire de WhatsApp.

Cons:

Emplacement assez loin des commerces à pied le long de la route très fréquentée (supermarché le plus proche à 900m).
Route très passagère devant l'immeuble et mauvaise insonorisation de l'appartement, des bouchons d'oreilles sont nécessaires pour pouvoir dormir, donc les terrasses sont aussi très bruyantes. Pas torchons et peu d'ustensiles de cuisine (seulement 2 fourchettes, 2 cuillères). Très peu de pression d'eau. Prix trop élevé pour le rapport qualité prix.

Pros:

Modern and clean unit with plenty of amenities. Close to the airport which made our early departure convenient. The underground parking was a nice feature. The staff was very accommodating. We will return.

Direkte Lage an einer vierspurigen Schnellstraße. Sehr laut. Architektur des Gebäudes.
Zwingend Auto erforderlich. Schlecht angebunden.
