Did not meet expectations. Loved the sound of the ocean.
Pros:

Located near Bucerias Centro. Beachfront. Easy access to many restaurants. Room/apartment was clean. Friendly staff. Nice pool - perhaps 2 degrees too warm. Big fridge.

Cons:

Construction in the vicinity. The X03 rooms face a concrete wall of a nearby construction. Partial sea view is very partial.

Small things: Toilet paper akin to sandpaper. No dishwasher liquid. No paper towel. No salt or pepper. Thrift store (cheap) cutlery and crockery. Broken pot. No hand soap. Antiquated water dispenser.

Pros:

The location was the best thing about this property

Cons:

The way it is advertised. It shows balconies and ocean views, there weren’t any. It advertised a rooftop pool, wasn’t opened.Didn’t supply basic items like water , ice or even ice cube trays. Simple things like Kleenex

Pros:

Excellent location
Great pool and beach access was perfect.
The unit we had didn't have a hairdryer or a microwave, which we worked around that.
It's an older building which shows, but overall we'd stay here again.

Cons:

Very basic, they are environmentally conscious which is admirable.
Towels and sheets could use a refresh.
As said before it is an older building.

Great property to stay
Pros:

It’s right next to the beach so a lot of days we get to just sit by the swimming pool or jumping into the pool water or went into the ocean and hang on the beach. There are coconut trees and coconut leave umbrellas that can help shade a little if you don’t like full sun

Cons:

The credit card machine didn’t work when we first arrived so we spent two hours battling with the reception people that it was not the card or the bank that have problem.

We loved the pool and the beach location but it cneeds an investment in linens.
Pros:

Location was wonderful

Cons:

Quality of linens very poor. Only 1 towel per person inadequate and bed linen insufficient.

It was good.

A great stopover on our way to Guayabitos
Pros:

The pool area was beautiful and well maintained

Cons:

The only improvement for me would be a couple of small waters in the fridge on arrival. And better shampoo, it didn’t lather at all, horrible stuff.

A wonderful place that we would like to stay at again.
Pros:

Not far from the town central and very close to many great restaurants. The pool area was fantastic and private. It was always clean and towels were readily available. Also great seating right on the beach. The staff were excellent and super helpful.

We liked it all!

Wonderful spot for a relaxing beach vacation
Pros:

Fabulous location with fantastic views! Location was just outside of the main tourist hub so there was no noise from the bars and restaurants, yet the walk was very easy to get dinner and enjoy the town square. The pool area was a beautiful spot to enjoy lunch and afternoon cocktails. Towel service was a plus! Having a kitchen was nice to prepare meals. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Beds were a bit too firm.

Pros:

The location was good and the ocean front was the attraction.

Cons:

When we arrived it said 24 hr hotel, we did arrive late at night.
There was nobody able to check us in manager had to come off site to bring keys because previously the keys were stolen so they didn't keep them at the hotel.
When she did arrive she was yelling at us slamming drawers and items on the counter. Also it said pool with a view. The view was a wall and there was a pool but no view no balcony very deceiving. They wouldn't accommodate any changes.
This hotel had no restaurant on site I assumed hotels do but that's on me. That person has no business being a manager very unprofessional I don't talk to people like that and it was uncalled for.

Pros:

The location, amenities, staff were all great.

Cons:

It's has been a good experience in our past stays. Only issue was that the shower drain was clogged. In all fairness we didn't call it in because we were very busy and they didn't know but the cleaning staff should have checked or noticed before they gave us the room since it was very obvious
