Pros:

Clean, location and friendly/helpful staff

Cons:

No balcony on smaller room. Not a big deal as there is a nice lounge area by pool.

Great location, lovely weather… we had a wonderful vacation
Pros:

Fabulous waterfront location , close to town, restaurant/bars and shopping , building is dated, pool and beach area is great, staff is VERY comforting and helpful, excellent staff!

Cons:

Wifi is only av. in lobby and pool area, no wifi in the rooms. I’d highly recommend to purchase a mexican sim card or an international eSim provider if you want proper Inet access.
Building is kind of dated, but in fairly good shape.

Great day staff, good location, lovely pool overlooking the ocean!
Pros:

the front staff was amazing, helpful, kind & could not have been more accommodating.

Cons:

the linens (towels, sheets, pillows) were very, very shabby, suite lighting was very poor & old (buzzes when on), purified water should always be available.

Did not meet expectations. Loved the sound of the ocean.
Pros:

Located near Bucerias Centro. Beachfront. Easy access to many restaurants. Room/apartment was clean. Friendly staff. Nice pool - perhaps 2 degrees too warm. Big fridge.

Cons:

Construction in the vicinity. The X03 rooms face a concrete wall of a nearby construction. Partial sea view is very partial.

Small things: Toilet paper akin to sandpaper. No dishwasher liquid. No paper towel. No salt or pepper. Thrift store (cheap) cutlery and crockery. Broken pot. No hand soap. Antiquated water dispenser.

Pros:

The location was the best thing about this property

Cons:

The way it is advertised. It shows balconies and ocean views, there weren’t any. It advertised a rooftop pool, wasn’t opened.Didn’t supply basic items like water , ice or even ice cube trays. Simple things like Kleenex

Pros:

Excellent location
Great pool and beach access was perfect.
The unit we had didn't have a hairdryer or a microwave, which we worked around that.
It's an older building which shows, but overall we'd stay here again.

Cons:

Very basic, they are environmentally conscious which is admirable.
Towels and sheets could use a refresh.
As said before it is an older building.

Great property to stay
Pros:

It’s right next to the beach so a lot of days we get to just sit by the swimming pool or jumping into the pool water or went into the ocean and hang on the beach. There are coconut trees and coconut leave umbrellas that can help shade a little if you don’t like full sun

Cons:

The credit card machine didn’t work when we first arrived so we spent two hours battling with the reception people that it was not the card or the bank that have problem.

We loved the pool and the beach location but it cneeds an investment in linens.

Quality of linens very poor. Only 1 towel per person inadequate and bed linen insufficient.
