Pros:

The place is nice, but with a small surrounding area. It is very clean. The hosts are very polite. The house is close to the main pedestrian street, where you can find a variety of beach bars and restaurants. The beach is huge, with also free of charge beach area.

Cons:

The pool is small, shallow, it can only be used by small kids, and it is closed in the afternoon. The property is next to the main road of Nea Iraklitsa and it is very noisy. You can not relay on preparing your own food in the room ,as it does not have a proper place or equipment for cooking, but this was expected (the photos of the room corresponded quite well to the reality).

Clean, safe, close to the beach, walking distance to the village
Pros:

I loved the location, direct sea view from the balcony and a few meters walk to the sea. The hotel is very clean, the owners very kind and helpful. The swimming pool area is nice to relax and enjoy your coffee. Closed parking space is available.

Cons:

I was happy with everything.

είχα μια ευχάριστη διαμονή.Μου άρεσαν τα πάντα.Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο, προσιτό, γλυκομίλητο, σε έκανε να νιώθεις σαν στο σπίτι σου!Μας έδωσε συμβουλές για ενδιαφέροντα μέρη και για την διαμονή μου.Το δωμάτιο με την μικρή κουζίνα είχε όσα χρειαζομασταν και ακόμη περισσότερα και την καλύτερη θέα από το μπαλκόνι!!!!Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική και το στρώμα τέλειο!Highly recommended!

Pros:

Домакините са много общителни и лъчезарни. Всеки ден стаята се почистваше. Хигиената в хотела и около басейна беше отлична.Гледката от стаята е невероятна. На тръгване дори имахме малко подаръче. Препоръчваме!!!

Разпожението е перфектно. Много учтиви хазаи.
Чудесна гледка към морето , особено сутринта при изгрева.

През деня е малко по- шумно, поради натоварени трафик, но вечерта е ок.

Pros:

Totul. Foarte curat peste tot, așternuturi și prosoape impecabile, peisaj superb de la balcon. Doamnele de la curățenie permanent zâmbitoare, amabile și discrete.
Gazdele, de asemenea, minunate. Permanent zâmbitoare și dornice să le asigure clienților un sejur lipsit de griji.
La final, de bun-rămas, ne au dat un borcan de smochine sălbatice în sirop, de care era atașat un bilețel scris de mână în română. Mi s a părut un gest deosebit de frumos, care arată grija lor pentru fetele mici, dar care fac o atât de mare diferența.

Almost nothing

Cons:

The apartment was old and too small. The pool was extra dirty. The walls btw rooms are so thin that you could literally hear everything on the next apartment. The owner (male) is a guy who does not smile, who does not talk, who does not help. He gives directions (some are too ridiculous) as you check in, making you feel like you entered a boot camp. All facilities in the kitchenette are too old and plastic and the kitchenette is almost useless - even the fridge is broken. We chose this place because it had a pool, but as I noted, the pool was extra dirty and ridiculously, you can not ıse it from 4:00-7:00 PM (why? No explanation). Overall, it was a bad choice, and will not come back.

The complex also has a small pool which you can use to relax/unwind, perfect after the ~10h drive it took us to get there.
Wi-Fi is free on-location. Apartment also had a small cooking area which we could use to cook / prepare food for the beach.
The hosts were very kind and always available to discuss / provide directions, depending on our plans for the current day, thus a big plus in my books.
Close proximity to the beach, ~100-150m away from it, 5 minute walk in a straight line.
No beach bars directly available, but there are some to the left/right of the location - for a little extra effort, you can enjoy relaxing sunbeds and drinks. If not, you can also take out your blanket and enjoy a quiet day directly on the seafront.
There's a Lidl available 3 minutes away by foot / 30 seconds away by car, where you can purchase most of what you would need to make your time more enjoyable.
