Pros:

Die Lage ist top und trotz Innenstadt kann man ruhig schlafen
Das Studio ist zum Wohlfühlen eingerichtet, das Bett sehr bequem, der Blick aus dem Fenster wunderschön

Cons:

Das Einchecken mit den Schlüsselboxen ist natürlich easy, mir fehlte aber ein klein wenig der Kontakt zu echten Menschen

Innsbruck is a great place to visit and I would recommend staying here as it's so close to everything.
Pros:

Great location, lovely views of the mountains. Modern facilities.

Cons:

Nothing, we had an issue with our key card but this was sorted via email.

Overall a good comfortable studio, ideal for a few nights.
Pros:

The room was good size, well lit, modern with a large comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. Busy location with having the inn downstairs but it didn’t matter as it was still quiet upstairs.

Cons:

Cleanliness could’ve been slightly better as the surfaces in the room were quite dusty. Also butter knives and tea spoons were provided but no forks.
The lighting system was quite frustrating in the bedroom as you couldn’t have the main light off unless you switch off the electricity in the property completely meaning you have to choose between charging your phone overnight or sleeping with the off.
No Mountain View :(

A great family apartment. Ideal location. Good value. Helpful staff.
Pros:

Apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Location was fantastic. Stall were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Some of the electrical outlets need attention.
