Still a great place to stay but bathroom needs to be looked at.
Pros:

Best location to the centre

Cons:

The bathroom was looking a little tired and had a little bad smell to it. That smell was for what ever reason not so bad the next morning. The shower rail holding the shower head was not fixed properly and tried to slide out when I had a shower.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza con il salotto vetratao ed effettivamente c era un pochino caldo però la stanza ha l aria condizionata ed è divisa dalla camera da letto dove è presente un altra aria condizionata.

Noi ci siamo trovati bene, per una notte siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, la vista è molto molto bella.

La camera era molto pulita.

if you just need a bed in a good location this is a great place.

The location is great, the room was clean and the design was nice

Cons:

I was under the impression that a studio with kitchenette in such an apartment building would habe cooking facilities. the only facility was a water kettle.

In Summe top Location - mit etwas Luft in der Freundlichkeit.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, das Zimmer mit Geschmack eingerichtet und sauber.

Cons:

Leider war die Keybox leer - eine sehr freundliche Reinigungsdame hat mir dabei geholfen das Problem zu lösen, da ich keine Telefonnummer zum kontaktieren gefunden habe. Die Dame mit der ich dann telefonieren durfte (Chefin?) war leider alles andere als freundlich - das war eigentlich das einzige Minus im ganzen Aufenthalt.

Really good location, but the apartment itself could be improved.
Pros:

Location was very good

Cons:

Marketed as the Marketbar apartments seemed misleading. The first floor apartments seemed much nicer than the room we were staying in. We weren’t told we had to adjust the boiler to get hot water. The drains smelled from the bathroom.

We would definitely book this place again.
Pros:

The location was perfect. We were able to explore the town by foot. We appreciated the availability of the staff and their help to store our backpacks for a few hours. We were also pleasantly surprised to find coffee and a French press to help us start the day.

This was a beautiful apartment.
Pros:

We had a beautiful view of the river and colorful row houses across the way. We had a nice relaxing morning sitting on the balcony drinking coffee and watching the world go by.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was wonderful.
