房況跟照片一樣
挺乾淨舒適
陽台也不會髒髒的
（走廊區的味道不太好形容，不臭也不算香）
一樓管理室看起來比較老舊

價格挺便宜
停車需自找（民宿搭配的話，走路三分鐘，平日一天150,假日250）

位置挺好，去哪都很方便

廁所挺乾淨的
馬桶沖水的話，有可能需要沖兩次

Pros:

地點，床軟硬適中，服務人員很友善，價格便宜，高樓風景好

Cons:

沒有洗手乳或是肥皂，因為沙發被改成床來使用所以我們只能坐地上，桌子有點壞了……清潔人員時常忘記收掉的髒地毯跟毛巾要補給我們，入住時沒有足夠解說，很多都要自行聯繫服務人員
