交通方便但隔音很差
Pros:

1. 位置在大遠百對面，交通方便、雨天的時候還可以就近逛街吃飯
2. 房間空間寬敞

Cons:

1. 隔音很差，深夜的時候隔壁房的住戶在電話跟人吵架，時常大吼罵髒話，嚴重影響睡眠品質
2. 當天下午點入住、隔天11點退房

1.位置極佳
2.入住小幫手回應速度很快

Cons:

1.熱水器洗到一半突然沒熱水
2.剛入住就在地上撿到螺絲（可見圖）
3.延長線的殼是破的...安全性堪輿（可見圖）
4.我是不知道照片多漂亮，但是我的房間可以明顯看到壁紙脫落（可見圖），流理台區域也有明顯斑駁
5.浴室的水龍頭殼是整片生鏽，我覺得要賺錢真的至少給正常東西（可見圖）
6.床偏軟，個人主觀
7.Wifi很慢，然後我的中華電信也跑不到10M速度，住這裡要預期網路不會太快，不推薦重度使用者

挺乾淨舒適
陽台也不會髒髒的
（走廊區的味道不太好形容，不臭也不算香）
一樓管理室看起來比較老舊

價格挺便宜
停車需自找（民宿搭配的話，走路三分鐘，平日一天150,假日250）

位置挺好，去哪都很方便

廁所挺乾淨的
馬桶沖水的話，有可能需要沖兩次
