Not a great experience
Pros:

I felt there were a few issues with this accommodation:
no blackout curtains, and also a notice informing guests to not touch the blinds, meaning you're trying to sleep with glaring sun and daylight coming in through the windows, and also zero privacy which is not ideal.

There were no toiletries provided, just an unknown blueish soap substance in a pump dispenser on the wall and in the shower. Shampoo? Conditioner? Hand soap? Body wash? All of the above? It's not good enough.

I had one single small, thin towel for a 4-night stay, and a hand towel. Not even an extra towel for hair, or a spare towel to properly dry off with.

There was one mini lightweight duvet that barely covered my body and was only large enough to cover a fraction of the bed. It was uncomfortable and cold at night.

There were instructions on disposal of garbage but no additional garbage bags provided, meaning I had to purchase my own in order to throw out my trash. For a self-service accommodation I'd expect at least some cleaning supplies (other than dish soap) & at least a few additional bags for disposing trash.

Cons:

I really wanted to like this stay but unfortunately it was quite a letdown. The location was good and the room was nice and clean and spacious, otherwise I can't really recommend it.

WUNDERVOLL! Wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Entzückendes Appartement, wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt; Check-In total einfach; Betten ULTRA bequem; für Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf Oropax mitnehmen, sonst wird man in der Früh vom Bus geweckt - mit Oropax habe ich aber geschlafen wie ein Baby; Ausstattung war wunderbar, gab auch ein paar indirekte Lichtquellen, so dass man am Abend gemütlich beisammen sitzen konnte. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Cons:

Leider gibt es keinen Late-Check-Out, das wäre schon toll; Gepäck muss man untertags wohl einfach bei der Rezeption offen abstellen, da diese aber nur bis 11 Uhr vormittags besetzt ist, finde ich das nicht so optimal; die digitale Gästemappe mit der Innsbruck-Card wird per Mail zugeschickt, aber selbst für digital-affine Personen ist diese nicht sonderlich übersichtlich gestaltet.

Gut gelegenes Apartment – nahe Zentrum und perfekt für einen Lauf am Inn nach der Arbeit.
Pros:

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in Innsbruck. Das Apartment liegt in guter Lage nahe dem Innsteg – dadurch ist man in wenigen Gehminuten im Zentrum von Innsbruck und auch schnell bei der Tiefgarage, in der ich mein Auto parke. Der Self Check-in funktioniert unkompliziert und macht die Anreise sehr flexibel. Besonders schätze ich die Nähe zum Inn: Perfekt, um nach einem Arbeitstag noch eine Runde am Innrain laufen zu gehen und den Tag entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Klare Empfehlung. 🏔️🏃‍♂️
