Pros:

Sulla strada per una bellissima spiaggia. Un posto interessante, semplice e recuperato con criterio.

Cons:

Un po’ sperduto e tutto chiuso (doveva esserci un caffè ma era chiuso). Comunque frigo, bollitore e macchina del caffè erano tutti in ordine e funzionanti.

I rate the owner and the place really poor.
First, I made a mistake with a booking and a dates. So after 20-30 minutes I wrote to the owner of the property, asking him for cancellation of my booking due to mistake and that was one month before estimated arrival, so quite long time. Unfortunately, he didn’t agree. He offered changing the dates, but all we asked for was just cancelling the reservation and all the cost was not refundable for 10 days.

In the end arranged everything with our jobs, life, etc. so we could come over to Rhodes anyway and not loose money for 10 days. Upon the arrival at night, we encountered bugs and big cockroaches running inside the apartment. Next day we left this place and found another one. Bugs inside were not acceptable for us. After a conversation with the owner, he accused us of planting the bugs inside the apartment and threatened with the police.

So after all, we just lost the money. Booking.com didn’t do anything in this matter either.

Just be careful with that place.

Pros:

Near the surfing spot Prasonisi.

Cons:

Old buliding, build in 1930er years, renovated many years ago. Musty smell in the room and from the aircon. Cold shower, equipment very old. No good value for the price. You get much more beautiful, comfortable and bigger apartments in the next village (Gennadi) for same/better price.

Pros:

Perfect location to access Prasonisi.
Clean, spatious rooms, comfortable beds, very nice garden, AC available. Location is ca 2km from Kattavia so need car / bike to get there.

Host is responsive, easy key pick up.

All in all very good value for money.
