Nette kleine Appartements, die leider sehr vernachlässigt sind. Klodeckel lose, Badeinrichtung und Küchenzeile absolut renovierungsbedürftig.

θα ήθελε κάποιες μικρές αλλαγές το δωμάτιο οι οποίες δεν έχουν και τεράστιο κόστος. πχ η κουρτίνα μπάνιου, δεν είχε σεσουάρ μαλλιών. μικρές επισκευές πχ στο αλουμίνιο του δωματίου, το δικό μας δεν έκλεινε καλα.
Monolocale con ampio balcone e vista mare molto vicino al centro di Marmari; possibilità di raggiungere in 5 minuti alcune delle più belle spiagge dell'isola, a pochi minuti da un supermarket e passeggiata semplice per arrivare alle taverne affacciate sul mare consigliate dal gentilissimo proprietario degli appartamenti. Camera molto pulita e servizio di cambio asciugamani e lenzuola ogni 2/3 tre giorni. Assolutamente posizione ideale per girare il sud dell'isola.
Excellent location. Rooms were very clean and the balconies had a beautiful sea view. A lovely touch was some fresh baked local biscuits made by a local friend.

The room is big and it seemed clean. Not in the center, but very close to the center.
Not very well maintained. The table was not standing right, the towel support was broken.
There is a small gas smell, probably from the gas station nearby.
