No tengo quejas en lo absoluto
My second time staying here and won't be my last. Such a good location, right next to a shopping mall with a huge grocery store. Love the neighbourhood of Laureles, it's quiet, calmer than Poblado and very residential. Also love evenings in the rooftop jacuzzi and that you book it so you can enjoy the space with just your group.

More control of other VERY NOISY guests who had no consideration late at night with noise, music, talking very loud, slamming doors, etc.

Staff was very good at communicating and available to help at all times. The room was very lovely, comfortable stay. The hot tub at night was such a treat.
Location was excellent, staff were very nice and service-oriented. Christina was very attentive. There was another kind gentleman who always opened the door for us. We really appreciated that. All three people who worked at the desk were wonderful. Coming from the tourism industry, I truly appreciate the attention to detail and service; it’s what makes this place so special! The rooms were spacious and perfect for our group, and the big surprise was the balcony with its incredible view 10/10! The location is perfect, and we even loved the option to do laundry at no cost.
If I could suggest two improvements, they would be adding a full-body mirror and perhaps creating a small area for guests to work out. A light touch-up of the rooms would also be nice, but overall, this was a really wonderful hotel experience
