Attention arnaque !!!!!!
Personnel frauduleux !!!!

Nous avons dû prendre un véhicule car l' hôtel était loin de tout avec une montée/ descente vers le centre très difficile.
Des notre arrivée l agent à l accueil " David " , nous a dit avoir une connaissance qui pouvait nous amener un véhicule a l hôtel des lors nous avons récupéré le véhicule et la le livreur de la voiture nous indique qu il faut donner la caution en espèce et non en carte c est impossible selon ses dires ... Nous lui avons donné environ 250 euros de caution et au moment de rendre le véhicule cette même personne nous dit mais on vous fera un virement ou autre dans dix jours , nous ne rendons pas la caution de suite alors que nous rendons le véhicule sans égratignure et que le contrat ne mentionne pas cela a aucunement moment .
Nous avons dû appeler la police face à cette situation car nous avons compris directement l' arnaque . Comment nous obliger a donner la caution en espèce et après nous dire nous vous la rendrons dans dix jours par soit disant virement mdr .
La police arrivant ce "fameux David 'dit mais non , il n ont pas compris mon ami fonctionne comme cela etc nous avons de suite compris que l agent d' accueil de cet hôtel était de mèche avec lel loueur de voiture et qu' il voulait avec lui nous arnaqué tout simplement ! Bref au début très très gentil pour ensuite nous arnaqué avec le loueur de voiture !
Très très très déçu de voir cela dans un hôtel qui facture très cher ses appartements ! C'est une honte ! Comment pouvez-vous faire cela à des touristes qui contribuent au développement de votre pays !!! Cela est inadmissible !!! A fuir !!! Je tiens à indiquer que nous avons indiqué vouloir être entendus par la direction sans réponse le fameux David disant personne n' est là .....

Our stay at Loma Verde was absolutely exceptional. The apartment was incredibly clean and well-kept, and you can truly feel that the flat and all its utilities are brand new. Everything functions perfectly, making the stay seamless and stress-free.

The location is also a major highlight; the area is very calm and peaceful, yet it remains conveniently close to the main nightlife district. If you are looking for a fresh, modern, and spotless place to stay in Medellín that offers both tranquility and easy access to the action, I cannot recommend Loma Verde enough. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place.to stay
Pros:

Staff were lovely, location is 30 mins walk to Pablado station or a short uber journey away. The apartment is lovely, 2 bedrooms, sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, and kitchen area.
It was a lovely stay.
The swimming pool and sauna/steam rooms were super helpful as we had colds
Would highly recommend

Cons:

If I'm being really picky, a tea towel to dry dishes. We had kitchen roll.

Pros:

Todo perfecto, la localización y las instalaciones de las mejores que he estado. Súper bien ubicado en El Poblado y muy seguro. El apartamento estaba más que completo.

Die Anlage war an sich schön, im Grünen und ruhiger Gegend gelegen. Auf dem Rooftop gab es einen Swimmingpool und eine Sauna, des Weiteren hatte man einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt.

Cons:

Das Einrichtungskonzept war nicht richtig durchdacht. Die "Stühle" an der Küchentheke waren sehr unbequem, die Lampen hingen niedrig in Augenhöhe. In der Küche gab es kein Warmwasser, das Kochfeld war lose sitzend und die Backofen Tür ließ sich nicht schließen. Es fehlten bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten im Apartment. Füßläufig (ca. 10-15 Minuten) gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafés, Restaurants etc., jedoch muss sehr viel bergauf laufen.

Overall, I would say it's a fantastic place to stay for those who like to get up on the earlier side
Pros:

It was a nice property in a beautiful part of El Poblado. One could walk to the shops and restaurants in Provenza during the day, but it wasn't the most walkable area overall (we chose to Uber to/from the property in the evening). We weren't able to use the rooftop lounge/pool area or the gym, but both also looked nice.

Cons:

The only real issue we had was difficulty sleeping in due to the poor sound protection. We were on the 4th floor facing the street and found it difficult to fall back asleep after 7:30am or so because of how loud the cars and motorbikes were on the street below.
