I loved the area was not around a party central but still close enough to shops and restaurants. Love the daily cleaning and all the kitchen and laundry supplies available. The reception is very quick to respond, very grateful for the security guard at the front every single day. Well thought out, could help if it had a cafe or something in the area, but the daily coffee and vending machine came in hand when in a rush!
The price was a little high for a full week. Would have appreciated a little less since it's really your own space and not so much a hotel. No hair dryer, no coffee refills in the apartment. The couch in the living room was horribly uncomfortable.

The fact they added a huge cleaning fee on for 1 night stay only plus vat making the price double .
A very modern aparthotel, surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff, the security and everyone else was very friendly.
They have a strange rule that you can't have visitors even during the day hours. Assuming that we were staying here 24 days and those are spacious apartments not just rooms, it's illogical to ban the entrance of the temporary visitors. Even though the staff did everything possible to help us sometimes with visitors the general experience of this beautiful hotel has been shadowed by this strange rule. And I don't see this rule on booking.com.
Shower is a bit unstable. Temperature gets high and low.

Une des douches fuyait. Les détails qui dénotent avec le standing que veut se donner l'hôtel :"finition de l'appartement : peinture qui s'écaille, plainte qui se décolle, revêtement de meuble qui se décolle. Rien de grave mais l'appartement a vieilli.

Every thing is excellent
Quiet for Medellin. Gym was great. Front desk staff great. Apartment was well appointed. Beautiful neighbourhood.
Next door dog was non stop barking but what can they do?
Great hotel location, not too far away from destinations but still tucked away enough. The kitchen was really nice to have and decently stocked with the essential items to cook and clean. Two bathrooms and a laundry machine inside the room really made a difference.
The main road while tucked away, can be occasionally loud at night. It would be nice if the pool, steam room, and sauna opened an hour earlier and closed an hour later. The towels for those areas were missing the first time but it was sorted out.
