Les recomiendo que no sé hospeden en ese lugar , el personaje que te hace el check in es agresivo, mal educado y un estafador. Ya de entrada te habla muy agresivamente, me recomendo no usar aceite porque manchaba las sabanas ,me pidió 250mil pesos de fianza y no me dio recibo, desafortunadamente tuve un percance y manche un poco la sabana con aceite Johnson, solo un poco, una hora antes de la salida le envié un mensaje avisando que me iba a las 9, no respondió, pero le llame de otro número y si respondió en un tono amenazante , que me esperara que hasta las 10 y media no iba por el hotel, cuando apareció me cobro 140.000 por una sábanas y encima en un tono desafiante, le dije q era director de un hotel y eso jamás se le cobraba a un cliente y de nuevo me miro desafiandome y casi con ganas de agredirme. Me robo 140.000 pesos por una mancha de sabana. Ni se les ocurra ir a ese sitio con ese personaje tan peligroso.

If you see the room in the picture here in the reservation, it is totally dfferent to what we got! this is lying to the customer, also, I found big coakroaches! in the room, the bed covers smelled very bad, I had to purchase detergent and washed myself! of course I called the manager of the property and they didn't put any effor to solve the issue. Internet is bad, the TV in the bedroom is bad, toom was so small, there is a wahser/dryer and a table with chairs, but that is outside the apartment. In general a terrible experience, never comeback here, their ads are deceiving!

Only used my credit card here to pay for rental shortly after several unauthorized transactions made on my card and had $300 cash go missing from my backpack after returning from being gone all day I regret not having my own security camera as I have no proof, I would avoid this house of thieves!
Rooms was very large. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal if you choose too. Large jacuzzi shower tub. Management was very friendly and helpful. Some rooms have balcony. Nice for morning coffee. Located in a safe area. Plenty of restaurants blocks away.Also nice living room space

The apartment was overall nice but the only reason I picked the place was because of the jacuzzi tub, which did not even work.
After finding out about the jacuzzi not working, the only solution the staff offered was refunding our money and leaving us without a room, terrible customer service, terrible experience.
It is everything it promises to be, and is in a good, safe location with lots of nearby entertainment.
Luckily the host was waiting at the door and showed us to the suite. The host Jose was very friendly, spoke good English, and was very thorough in orienting us to the features of the suite. The apartment was extremely clean and was well-equipped with new appliances and two separate air conditioners. The twin jet bathtub was large and clean, but can only be filled with the shower so takes a long time to be ready.
Security was decent. Both the front door and the room door use a pin code which is set by the host. At first it was the same code for both doors, but there are often lots of people in the street and the front door pad is brightly lit so it's easy to see the code from the street. Ask for two separate codes. There is a watchman on the second floor so it feels safe. The only issue is there is no deadbolt on the room door or any other secondary means of securing.
Check in and check out are a bit unusual though, and WIFI is EXTREMELY slow.
To check in they provide a WhatsApp number with instructions to message, but the number in question was slow to respond. Check out is a fixed-time, and no one is on site to return the $100 USD cash deposit beforehand without prior arrangements. The building is unmarked but the address is clear above the door and a doorbell will summon a watchman who appears to be on site 24/7.
If you need good WiFi this will not be a good place for you... the network appears to be shared with all the guests on the floor and tops out at 2 mb/s. Even Facebook was very slow to load on this network.
We weren't notified of the fixed checkout time. To check out we messaged the WhatsApp contact the night beforehand that we had to leave at 815 am. The contact told us to send a WhatsApp to the host and sent us his number (rather than notifying the host himself), and when we informed the host early that morning he said it was impossible for him to be there before 11. I had to cancel an appointment to make this work, and when I suggested to the host to make this fixed checkout more clear on the booking site, he argued with me saying it "was not his fault" and 99% of guests give him advance notice.
It really is a nice suite in a fun and safe neighborhood, but Miracle really does need to make the check-out more clear on their booking page.
Was cleaning.
My family and I could not sleep for two nights. Because the guests or owners on the first floor had a party until 6 am. Horrible music and talk and horrible noises they did for two of the three nights that we stayed. I do not recommend it for families
