The apartments are in an excellent location for skiing being only a few metres from the lifts and being only a short walk to restaurants and hotels .The accommodation was clean and spacious and had everything that we wanted. Stefanie was very accommodating helpful and friendly and could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable.

Pros:

Идеальное решение для любителей горнолыжного отдыха. Трассы рядом , практически у дверей. Если хочется можно проехать скибусом до Хохгургля или ещё дальше до Зёльдена. Место очень тихое и по домашнему уютное. Нет лишнего шума по вечерам. Основная жизнь кипит в Зёльдене.

Cons:

В воскресенье вечером закрыты маркеты, учитывайте это, если готовите сами.

Pros:

This was one of the nicest guesthouses that we stayed at in Austria. The rooms are very clean and appear to have been recently refurbished with all facilities looking clean and tidy. We stayed in multiple rooms due to the size of the party, and there is a small recreational area downstairs at the reception where we could meet on several evenings for games, chat, and beers. We have also been offered the space in the breakfast area for Christmas Eve.

The hostess was absolute star throughout our 1-week stay: very friendly with all guests, helpful and cheerful. All guests received Christmas Gifts from the hosts on the Christmas Day - this was a nice surprise. Thank you!

The location for skiing is also great. There is an option to ski-in and ski-out (with a short walk), although the lift (Festkogelbahn) is just a few minutes walk as well. The two other lifts (in Hohe Mut Talstation) are further away, in about 10 min walk (or bus ride + 2 min).
