Quiet area (early October), close to the beach, close (5 min walk) to the train, walk (15 min) to Tropea, several different beaches nearby; that's what I expected;
The service and people running the apartments are great!

Cons:

We were given a room on the ground floor even though the property was not full, but we couldn't get a room higher up, even though we wanted to and asked; In the hot season, this is a good option, as the room is in the shade; in October, we wanted more sun being higher up and having a sea view; The room on the ground floor was a bit dark and depressing, although it was clean and had everything we needed;

Super Aussicht direkt auf den Stromboli, hammermässige Sonnenuntergänge. Nahe am Strand. Geile Terrasse. Die Besitzer waren super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Kleines Dorf in Gehdistanz mit verschiedenen Restaurants und kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäften. Tropea mit dem auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Auf booking.com stand bei uns, dass man für Bettwäsche und so zusätzlich bezahlen muss, wir mussten aber nicht dafür bezahlen. Würde sofort wieder gehen

Cons:

Die Dusche bleibt nicht sehr konstant warm/kalt. Waren aber im obersten Stock könnte unten besser sein. Aber war nicht schlimm, habe schon viel üblere erlebt in Italien

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, piękna plaża, miejsce parkingowe w cenie, sliczny widok znad basenu.

Cons:

Mieszkania nie spełnia standardu czterech gwiazdek, jak przedstawiane jest w opisie. Łazienka pilnie wymaga remontu, ręczniki są wyeksploatowane, poduszki małe i twarde, kuchnie bardzo słabo wyposażona: brak kieliszków do wina, deski do krojenia, czajnika, patelni. Na miejscu jeden garnek o pojemności 0,5 l bez pokrywki.

Apartament czyściutki, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne. Miałaś y go trochetw cieniu, bo z boku i bez widoku, ale po drugiej stronie ulicy jest piękny ogród i basen z cudownym widokiem. Właścicielka i jej brat bardzo sympatyczni. Polecam.

Cons:

Jeżeli ktoś przyjeżdża tu bez auta tak jak my to trzeba się sporo nachodzić. Zejście do plaży, po schodach, ale warta jest wspinaczki!

Das Beste war die Lage des Appartmenthauses : Bar/Restaurant gegenüber, Pool mit Meerblick (sehr gepflegt), wunderschöner Strand (200 Stufen), herrliche Sonnenuntergänge mit Blick auf Stromboli, kleine Lebensmittelläden/Pasticceria im Ort Parghelia, alles familiär und persönlich geführt und kein Müll !!!
Die unteren Appartments 1-6 haben keinen Meerblick, aber eine Terrasse mit einem schönen Gartenbereich außen herum, 2 Liegestühle, Grill .. Bei Hitze ist es von Vorteil, dass die Wohnungen durch die herrliche Bepflanzung gut beschattet sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Nach Tropea, das unter anderem Startpunkt der Schiffstouren zum Capo Vaticano und zu den äolischen Inseln ist, könnte man sogar zu Fuß gehen.

Cons:

Man sollte wissen, dass die Klappsofas nicht sehr bequem und für Erwachsene nur bedingt geeignet sind.
Die Küchenausstattung ist einfach. Ein zusätzliches Regal als Ablage für Lebensmittel würde die Einrichtung sinnvoll ergänzen.
Uns war des öfteren die Musik in der Bar zu laut, aber da hat sicher jeder andere Wünsche.

Pros:

Also erstmal muss man sagen, das die Gastgeber sehr freundlich waren, auch wenn die Verständigung etwas schwierig war. Alle waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Gleich gegenüber gibt es eine Bar mit Pizzaria was zu der Unterkunft dazu gehört, das war sehr gut und die Pizza lecker. Der Strand hat für uns einfach alles rausgeholt, der war wunderschön und wirklich gut zu erreichen, man muss zwar viele Treppen gehen, aber das war nicht unangenehm.
In Tropea ist man in ein paar Autominuten. Im Ort gibt es auch einen bzw. mehrere Minisupermärkte das war auch okay.

Cons:

Leider kann ich die ganzen sehr guten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Die Ferienwohnung an sich war schön, allerdings war es nicht sauber. Als wir ankamen musste ich erstmal alles kehren, weil meine Füße schwarz vom barfuß laufen waren. Es war dreckig unter den Betten, in der Küche das Geschirr war nicht sauber. Der Küchentisch war absolut speckig, mein Lappen war dunkel nach dem abwischen. In der Küche war wirklich alles schmierig und einfach nicht schön. Die Ausstattung war leider auch sehr schlecht. Im Badezimmer gab es an mehreren Stellen Schimmel und beim Duschen konnte man wählen zwischen verbrühen weil es so heiß war oder kalt. Mit kleinen Kindern nicht angenehm, weil das Wasser wirklich ständig gewechselt hat.
Unser Bett war extrem hart, wir konnten nicht gut schlafen.

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt für mich leider absolut nicht, wir haben 178€ pro Nacht gezahlt, das ist nicht grade wenig für eine Ferienwohnung, da hätte ich einfach mehr erwartet.

Pros:

Super Lage oberhalb des Traumstrands Spiaggia Michelino und nur ein paar Schritte von der Ortschaft Parghelia entfernt. Auf dem Weg zum Strand ein Belvedere mit toller Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang. Sehr freundliches Personal und die Bar und das Restaurant bieten die Gelegenheit, Getränke und Abendessen mit Blick auf das Meer zu genießen.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Great Location
Pros:

Great location! The property itself is beautiful, with a lovely garden and plenty of safe space for kids to run around. The neighboring area with the pool and bar was cozy and welcoming, with food and service well above expectations and very affordable. The owner was wonderful, and the whole place felt spacious and relaxing. Best of all, it’s set just above one of the most stunning beaches in Calabria.

Cons:

The only real downside was the shower. It was almost impossible to wash ourselves and the kids because the water temperature was extremely unstable — swinging from very hot to very cold within seconds, with no middle ground. Unfortunately, this issue was serious enough to bring down the overall comfort of our stay and affects my overall rating.
