Tutti perfetto! Consigliato! Struttura accogliente e confortevole con proprietari disposti e gentili.
Pros:

Ottima accoglienza da parte dei proprietari Dionisius, sua moglie Rula e suo genero Dimitris. Ottime persone, realmente ospitali, genuini, amanti degli animali in particolare dei dolcissimi gattini della zona, sempre gentili e disponibili.
Il complesso è formato da circa 12 appartamenti recentemente ristrutturati, il ns era al piano terra e godeva ampio e confortevole. Molto apprezzato anche la possibilità di parcheggiare proprio di fronte alla struttura in un’area privata.

A pochi passi (circa 100 mt) si accede a piedi in una bella e tranquilla spiaggia sabbiosa dotata di bagni attrezzati ed anche una parte libera. Comunque punto strategico per accedere in pochi minuti di auto alle altre meravigliose spiaggia di Zante.
Nell’arco di 2 km diverse tipiche taverne greche, noi ogni giorno cambiavamo e sinceramente siamo stati benone in tutte. In un alcune si può arrivare in 5 min a piedi.

In conclusione se volete andare a Zante per vivere una vacanza relax in un ambiente confortevole, tranquillo e familiare vi consiglio al 100% Artemis Vasillikos.

Curatenie, se schimba asternuturile si prosoapele la 3 zile si se șterge pe jos. Este liniște si aproape de plaja si sunt si restaurante in apropiere.Personal foarte amabil.

Cons:

Lipsa plasa la geam, dar avea jaluzea care se putea folosi in locul acesteia. Cazarea care am primit-o a fost in poze un pic înșelatoare deoarece parea ca sunt 2 dormitoare separate dar era un dormitor si un living cu pat si mobila de bucatarie langa pat.

Wonderful place
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in the property. It is located 200 meters from the beautiful Agios Nikolaos beach in a calm area of Vassilikos. The hosts are very kind! There are two nice taverns close to the villa.

A lovely place
Pros:

We had a very nice stay at Artemis.
We loved the location. There are Some very ncie beaches nearby in close Walking distance.
As are shops and restaurants.

We were there at the end of the season. It was more quiet, but still cosy.

The owner and his wife are very sweet. They brought Some fresh baked pastry and made sure we had everything we needed.
There Son is very attentive in helping you with questions About the island, places to go etc.

The house was fine for us. Nice outdoor garden with, to our kids joy, little kittens.
They played a lot outside.

It was a very nice stay and we Will come back!

Artemis, la sacra ospitalità greca
Pros:

In Dionisis, sua moglie e suo genero Dimitris ho ritrovato la sacralità dell'ospitalità greca. Alloggiare nella loro struttura durante la nostra prima vacanza è stato essere in famiglia.
Il complesso è situato a pochi passi da una spiaggia poco frequentata dal turismo internazionale di massa. Ideale per un soggiorno con figli piccoli (in un paio di minuti a piedi si raggiunge l'alloggio dalla spiaggia).
Nei dintorni ci sono ottime taverne greche che sono poco influenzate anch'esse dal turismo internazionale, quindi perfette per sentirsi accolti e provare l'atmosfera greca.
Vicini in termini di auto sia l'aeroporto che altre spiagge molto caratteristiche.
Capisco il motivo che ha portato molti degli ospiti di Artemis a farne una meta costante negli anni. Sarà anche la nostra dimora nella prossima esperienza a Zante.

Cons:

Consiglio per chi ha bambini piccoli un appartamento tra quelli disponibili con più confort. Purtroppo la disponibilità nel nostro periodo era veramente limitata.

Hospitality
Pros:

The hospitality of the hosts, Rula and Dionysos, is outstanding. During gravel biking I had serious problems with my electric bike. The road was very bad and I had to leave it up in mountainous area. Dionysos helped me to get it down with his own car and a small trailer. It took hours. He did it all free of charge! "A person who lives in my house, is my friend", is what he said.

Pros:

We had the Ground Floor apartment which was very pleasant from temperature point of view: very little need for the AC. Comfortable beds and the bathroom was redone and spacious. 3 minute walk is a supermarket, tavern and beach. Also for a 5-10 minute drive you can find other nice beaches and taverns.

Cons:

The only thing missing was a coffee machine but we bought ness coffee and there are also bakeries with good coffee nearby.
