Pros:

Просторни стаи с широки врати и много прозорци. Няма скърцащи брави.

Cons:

В кухнята няма никакви консумативи (кафе, сол, зехтин, салфетки...). Много са малко на брой електрическите контакти в апартамента и са разположени на неудобни места. Има цикади.
