Besser geht fast nicht!
Pros:

Wir waren zum Skifahren dort und besonders hervorzuheben ist der Shuttleservice! Man wird auf Wunsch zum gewünschten Lift gefahren und abends wieder (bis 17:00) abgeholt sobald man anruft. Also einfach im Hotel rein in die Skisachen und los gehts. Einfach super! Ansonsten wirklich sehr sauber und das Personal war wirklich immer bemüht und zuvorkommend! Sehr freundliche Leute!

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen!

What truly made our experience memorable was the staff. Goran went above and beyond, offering to drive us to the ski lifts and back, ensuring that we had easy access to the slopes. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help were a highlight of our stay.
Monika at the reception was incredibly welcoming, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. It was evident that she genuinely cared about our experience.

Owners Rosa Maria and her husband created a warm, homely atmosphere.They catered to all our needs, ensuring that we were comfortable and had everything we required during our stay.

Fijne locatie, eigen parkeergarage, super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, mooie kamers. Gratis taxi shuttle naar elke skipiste.

Cons:

Echt het enige minpuntje voor een appartement met een keuken was dat er maar een twee-pits electrisch kookplaatje was.

Pros:

Eigentlich alles. Am besten aber die unglaubliche Liebenswürdigkeit der Chefin und ausnahmslos aller MitarbeiterInnen.

Cons:

Ist halt nicht SkiOut wie sonst oft in Obertauern - aber das wird durch den super flotten und kostenfreien Shuttle Service der Sonne locker wettgemacht. Eigentlich ist es bei genauer Überlegung sogar besser weil flexibler was Start-und Endpunkt betrifft.

Great place in small town and good ski resort
Pros:

The hotel is truly excellent – an outstanding room, very comfortable bedding, and the staff are absolutely exceptional. In fact, this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Austria. Special praise to the entire team! They also offer a private shuttle that takes you to and picks you up from the ski resort, which is a fantastic service.

Cons:

The only thing that bothered me was the price for charging an electric car. While it is great that the charging point is located in the garage, charging €1.30 per kWh is excessive. It is not about the amount of money, but rather the feeling of being taken advantage of. Is it really worth it for the hotel to earn an extra €20?
