Pros:

Der Ort ist im Sommer relativ ruhig und wir hatten uns entsprechend auf eine Selbstversorgung vorbereitet. Die Küche war für 2 Personen ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und die Handtücher sehr angenehm.

Summer: Very good "crash site" (sleep, bath, eat). I assume winter is even better.
Pros:

Quiet location, balcony, two coffee makers: drip and capsule.

Cons:

There was no soap or dishwashing liquid.
It's no fun washing hands or a single fork with shower gel.
The building has a very strange layout. There are rooms reachable by going up to the top floor than down one floor.

location was great, people friendly; efficient/easy ski rental, great public transport-access

Cons:

(1) a drying rack for wet clothes in the room (though room was small: perhaps clothesline in bathroom?)
(2) dishes: we missed individual bowls (for breakfast cereal/salads)
