Great place to stay as an all inclusive quest. Water park and gym were better than expected. Good food, friendly staff and tidy place.

Great place to relax with all inclusive, but some room for improvement.
Pros:

All inclusive is a little bit expensive, but meals, snacks, drinks and waterpark in this hotel are high quality. Location in Platanias is good with plenty of shopping, entertaiment for kids and good beach nearby. Small playground was better than expected and in good condition. The gym was pretty modern and well equipped.

Cons:

The large pool should be cleaned better, for the entire duration of our stay a green algae stripe circulated the wall of the pool just above water surface. Most likely it is somekind of material issue of the pool tiles reacting with water surface, but it did not look nice. In October all of the pools and waterpark water temperature was a bit too cool, hotel of this level could consider using solar heating to extend the season. The bar could use more staff at peak hours and rearranging the bar might make operation much smoother.

Pros:

El hotel era muy lindo, el personal fue muy amable, nos ayudaron con el reconocimiento de las habitaciones y el traslado de las maletas. El desayuno era muy completo, con muchas alternativas para escoger. Tiene muy buena ubicación, acceso a arriendo de vehículos, parada de buses, taxis, entre otros.

Hotelli kokonaisuudessaan ihan ok mutta ei missään nimessä 5 tähden hotelli. Muutamia pieniä ärsyttäviä asioita mainitakseni; jääkaapin pakastinlokeron kansi rikki, suihkusaippua-annostin rikki, suihkuseinästä vesi vuosi wc:n lattialle, tiskejä ei tiskattu, ravintolan juoma-automaattien juomat haaleita, (tämän takia tuotu jääpala-astia viereen, llimsat, mehut, olut), mehut aivan järkyttäviä, aamupalan kahvi ei-kuumaa koska tuotiin kannussa jokaiseen pöytään erikseen ja maitoa pöydässä aina liian vähän, aamupala ja päivällinen ei tarjonnut mitään makuelämyksiä; tasaista massaa kaikki, siivooja tuli huoneeseen älä häiritse-kyltistä huolimatta.

Agréable et bon petit déjeuner
Cons:

Les personnes de l’accueil, un homme et une femme n’étaient pas agréable ni souriant.
Nous n’avons pas eu au départ la chambre que nous avions choisi. J’ai dû faire appel à Booking pour avoir la chambre que nous avions choisi, Booking a été très réactif et efficace.
